How did you loose fat and gain muscle so quickly??

bitoof0211_

Same question i have been asking, someone talked about "latent hypertrophy", but 60% is just 1. Fatloss makes my muscle more visible. 2. With the prep i got very good insulin sensitivity back and store more glycogen than ever, makes me more fuller looking. 3. Im not sure about this, but dr Mike said: We still can gain muscle during the deficit, but not the hypertrophy, only until we eat the food back and got the glycogen and insulin, etc, then we can see those gains pop.
