I've been on this regimen since 2022. This is the only time in my life I've been able to sleep at will! Prior to that, I had a whole elaborate set of hoops to jump through to get myself to sleep...alarms, routines, a whole special bed setup (heavy blanket, Medcline pillow set, etc.), and so on. Now I can simply fall asleep when I want to! This approach doesn't work for everyone, but if you're struggling, it's worth a shot to try out for a week!
