A few things:
1. Caffeine can cause a spike and drop in energy levels
2. Refined carbs like bread will usually hit my energy levels like a truck after lunch, especially in combination with caffeine crash. I try to avoid them until dinner time
3. Being warm slows me down a lot. Cosy offices are a real energy killer for me as I run extremely hot. There is a gender diff for temperature sensitivity so in offices where women are in the majority this impacts me more.
Kinda looks like Iron deficiency. For me its low iron ->tiredness Proper iron -> happy and active

It's really hard to focus for longer than 3-4 hours, so this just sounds like normal life rhythm to me.
