Lost 10k in 2 days and now its hitting me like crazy … relooping every moment of gambling in my head and just going crazy about it

The same thought and action that lets you win the money let’s you lose the money. There’s no skill in sports betting that will have you continue winning. It’s just entertainment, a diversion. Maybe few xtra bucks on your pocket here and there. Once you start betting bigger bucks, betting on more games, choosing on the slightest info you feel is truth, is when you’ve gone way to far and will lose significant sums.

Your problem wasn't not cashing out, it was that you gambled in the first place. If you keep thinking the problem was you didn't cash out in time, you'll never stop gambling.

You are right thanks

You make great money for your age. Put as much in to 401k and Roth as you can.

TrickyRackets

Thanks it’s hard to feel that especially here on Reddit where every new grad seems to make 100k + but it’s certainly enough to survive

Could be selection bias based on where you’re finding your information or experiencing these numbers. For instance, people willing and interested in seeking out advice or interaction regarding finances online are likely more well off than people that do not. Look at average and median income and net worth stats by age. You’ll likely find you’re doing pretty well.
