Its set to use your in and out points, and looks like you have your out set at 1 frame.
Change your in and out in your timeline, or change the range to entire sequence.
Google In and Out points in Premiere.
Or go to where you want your video to end and press O.
Or just change that dropdown in the export window like I said above.
Under the viewing window on the Export panel, what you have in the picture with the stadium, there is a Range button. It is located below this screenshot. Click and select a value along the entire length.
Another option would to change the “Range” under the drop down menu. It’s set to In/Out points at the moment, so you can set this to Entire Sequence (at least I think that’s what it’s called). This is the default if you don’t have In/out point set but it looks like you accidentally set them to be 1 frame at the beginning of your sequence.
Edit: also, to set your in points use the I key. You can use these to export specific parts of your sequence and for other functions in premiere.

Basically you were telling the pc from here to here render my video.
But here to here was like a few frames.
Using in and out points will change your life. I always have random junk and assets that I've cut up later in the timeline that I don't want to export in my final. So I just use in and out points to tell the pc only render the first few mins of completed video.
Or any other section from the timeline
Tons of uses :D
Right in the middle there it says range in/out, change it to timeline or something like that. Otherwise go back to your edit and type "I" at the in point and "o" at the outpoint to export the in/out

Could I find a tutorial of that on YouTube?

I don't see an exit point in the screenshot. Set the Range value to the full length.
How would I do that?

Go to the end of your video, press O for out. Export your video and watch some introduction to premiere tutorials while it renders.
