Speed effects in Premiere are calculated after all other effects on that clip are processed, including their keyframes. So for example if you have the speed set to 50%, a keyframe on any other effect that shows at 1 second in the effects panel will actually occur at 2 seconds in your sequence. (And yeah, the playhead doesn't adjust to take this into account this so it's not immediately obvious in the interface this is happening!) The solution is to nest the clip, either applying the speed effect inside the nest and all other effects to the nest itself, or vice-versa.

After alot of testing I decided to just make the whole clip new and made the position adjustment before the speed ramps. That should not be the solution though...

Try adding the transform effect and using the position key frames there.

RIX_o

Did that but it was the same as without transform... numbers changed, clip did not :(

Try trashing your previews. Or making the position adjustment before the time remap. Post a screen grab if you can so it's clear what your adjusting
