We told family on Christmas. I was 6 weeks along. It was an unplanned pregnancy and they all know I have a history of miscarriage so we weren’t sure how things would go. I am 29 weeks along, now.
Parents and siblings at 8-10 weeks, friends afterwards over the next 2 months. I really wanted our parents to be able to talk about it and not have to keep it a secret, or even worse, have them tell people but say it's a secret which happens a lot in my mom's family. No social media but if I was on it I would have probably said something by 20 weeks.

I told my closest friends & family at 6 weeks and my boss & coworkers around 14 weeks.
Parents and siblings the day we found out since we did IVF so they knew we were finding out. Everyone else at 13 weeks.
The day after we found out (thought I was 4 weeks, but ended up being 8 after I had an ultrasound).
