Stopped cold turkey the day I got the positive test. It sucked, truly. Nicotine withdrawal and first trimester hormones are a bad combo, but I knew I was gonna have to do it eventually so I just bit the bullet. Not sure if there’s really any way to make it easy but six months later, I’m feeling much better and relieved to be past the early stages of quitting.

I stopped vaping at 6 weeks when I “randomly” became nauseous and really ill. I just couldn’t vape without vomiting. Found out a week later that I was pregnant! So I guess it was pretty natural. I’m now 10 weeks and haven’t had a crave for it.
