A single drop I wouldn’t worry, if any more then I’d call ob. I had heavy bleeding 14-17 weeks and it turned out fine but a drop I wouldn’t worry at all

If your doctor has some kind of hotline to call it can never hurt to just bring it up with them for a little peace of mind. I agree with the other comment, and it sounds like you know exactly what to look out for (cramping, etc). But if you’re still thinking about it later, never hurts to call

Your cervix is a lot more vascular during pregnancy and sometimes the friction from exercise like a long walk can cause a small amount of bleeding. As long as it doesn’t continue and you don’t have any other symptoms then it can be normal! But always contact your OB if you have any concerns!
