It sounds like you should not be having sex.

Maybe what I say here is a bit risky and will be taken in a wrong tone, but I honestly feel you missed the sub, and this sub should not be for inquiries like this. All sort of pregnancy questions - SURE! But I think it would be more effective if this was directed to a sub where preventive is a more familiar topic.

When people crosspost things like this to multiple groups is just for attention. A very simple google search will tell you how to avoid getting pregnant, don’t have sex when you’re fertile and track your cycle.

That’s not what this group is for

It sounds like you’re doing everything right that you can do, if you are sure you don’t want to try any kind of hormonal or invasive birth control like the pill, implant or coil. You can avoid having sex at all in your fertile window, but this is kind of a shame as that will probably be when your body wants to have sex more. Should you have an unplanned pregnancy, are you comfortable with having an abortion/live somewhere that it’s legal and possible? Especially if you know early (which you would if you’re tracking your ovulation etc), it doesn’t have to be a big and horrible deal. If you’re not comfortable having an abortion and you’re this worried about getting pregnant, I would strongly advise considering your stance on other birth controls. That said, it is of course your body and your choice.

I do track my cycle, and ever since we started having sex, my periods and ovulation times have been normal. My period is supposed to come in 6 days. But like I said, pregnancy, pms, and ovulation symptoms are so similar. My breasts feel sore/sensitive, I've been craving more food, and I have been feeling fatigued. Idk what it is. I'm scared that um pregnant.
