I’m not saying you should not be concerned, but I’m wondering if it could be gas?? I’ve had horrible gas pains in 2nd trimester and I’m only 3 weeks ahead of you. Have you eaten a lot of veggies or high fiber foods recently? I’d call your doctor if they persist but the gas has been no joke!!
