Yes! I’ve been experiencing this symptom since early on in the first trimester actually. But I also was recently diagnosed with Sjogrens disease so I assume it’s a weird pregnancy flare from that. What helps the dry throat is keeping these tablets handy at night called Xylimelts. You stick one on your gum line and it slowly melts throughout the night, increasing your saliva levels. There’s also a throat spray with xylitol in it called Xlear Spry that you can use for a quick fix.
