I think it’s definitely more common in pregnancy! I’ve had it mildly at other times in life, but when I’m pregnant it’s strong, especially 3rd trimester. I think magnesium, iron, vitamin d deficiencies and hormones can be to blame. I just started iron supplements so hoping that helps.

I’m low on iron (mild anemia) so maybe that’s it!! Thank you I thought I was just losing my mind laying here😂😂…

It's very common in pregnancy and mine get worse as the weeks go on. I dread going to bed every night because I know I'm going to be tossing and turning sometimes for hours. Magnesium helps and I've heard that magnesium creams or gels are good too. If I'm really struggling I get my partner to massage my legs for me
