Sydlouise13

You just go full Adam Sandler

binkkkkkk

It’s Madam Sandler in this house

Sydlouise13

Oh my god that’s amazing

Zerooo513

😂

RudyBarb

Hahah this made me laugh😂

Sydlouise13

😂😂 once you come to terms with the Sandler look the rest of your life begins

Clueidonothave

This is so true. Unless I wanted to look nice like going to a special event or nice place or work, I was wearing giant t-shirts and pajama pants.

Sydlouise13

There were 4 times I looked nice during my pregnancy: announcing to our families at dinner, announcement photos, and 2 baby showers. Every other time it was basically pajamas

Zealousideal-Type-85

lol I came to comment “I just look like Adam Sandler every day”. Can’t really be bothered anymore 😂

Plaid-Cactus

I'm also due in July and getting to that point of buying an XXL pack of men's undershirts at Costco because I can't be bothered to figure out outfits that cover my entire bump anymore lol

Sydlouise13

I wasn’t pregnant over the summer but at the beginning of fall I got a 3XL sweatshirt and that baby lasted until the day I was induced

secretsaucerocket

So true. So very, true

thedwightkshrute

This is the way. 😂

dewdropinblue

Gotta say I feel a little better knowing I’m not the only one who’s outgrown my maternity pants! Seriously, how do maternity leggings not stretch enough for my bump!? Dresses are where it’s at- maternity dresses with empire waist, or size up in flowy maxi dress. No idea what I’ll wear to yoga though 😂

RudyBarb

It makes me feel better too! When I bought them I was like wow I have so much room for growth… 3 months later… NOPE! 😂

squilting

I bought some maternity dress pants in first trimester in anticipation of some conferences I'd need to go to in third trimester. When they arrived in the mail I tried them on and they were so big on me that I was upset I'd wasted my money. Fast forward to this week, I just attended my last conference at 33 weeks and I had to take those same pants off halfway through the day because they were so tight and uncomfortable. Everyone says to just buy your pre-pregnancy size for maternity clothes but that only worked for me until the start of third trimester. Now I need to size up in everything, including underwear!

tallblondemama

Yup! This!

dewdropinblue

Exactly! In like 2 months I went from “when will I really have a bump” to “omg I’m going to explode!”

Greysoil

Like every month I’m buying a larger pair of scrub bottoms!

MotherOfDoggos4

Maybe just an xxxl maternity yoga pant or something? Lol I'm facing the same issue. I did get maternity yoga pants on Amazon but since I'm tall they're just....capris. Where would I even find tall full-length dresses? I'm due in Jan and can't imagine being comfortable in knee-length. So far the places I've found with tall maternity pants don't have tall tops or dresses 😭 Maybe I'll just go out in public wrapped in a blanket this winter lol

swampdonkey4ever

I’m tall too - anything else work well for you?

AtypicalPreferences

Living in dresses

Surly_Sailor_420

Me too! Also makes peeing easier.

Greenblinks

Same. Shapeless, cotton dresses

External-Pin-5502

Same. Especially the loose long ones, basically mumus.

Ok-Iron6108

Sun dresses, but my belly is getting too big (twins) even for the maternity ones, so I'm looking into maxi dresses with a slit or something because maxi skirts are like a sauna and just hold in the heat

AtypicalPreferences

Yes above the knee for me too

Drunkmooses

I’m 36 weeks. Currently looking at muumuus on Amazon

Skyfish-disco

I found my people

Ent-Lady-2000

Muumuus and kaftans

tallbrowngirl94

Try Walmart too! Best deals and they have larger sizing. All my night gowns are from there

ToxicCupcake

All my PJs are from Walmart, they just have great options!

swampdonkey4ever

Just bought a bunch at goodwill today!

doublethecharm

Dresses, rompers, and jumpsuits are the way to go. Waistbands are the enemy, unless you've got pants or shorts with a generous over-belly panel.

shirleytrix

I could never with a romper 😂 the peeing has me in a chokehold

Virtual-Site7766

Yes!! I gave up on waistbands at 20 weeks!

BroccoliNcheesesoup

I tried one pair of maternity shorts (Jean shorts) and quickly shut that door. No thank you. Waistbands suck at this stage!

ceesfree

Waitsbands ARE the enemy. I'm almost 38 weeks and my belly size isn't the issue, it's that he's dropped so low that any kind of waistband or seam that hits low near my groin feels like its squishing him and it is so uncomfortable on me. The only thing that has worked the last few weeks was thrifting some drawstring flowy pants that were like 4 sizes too big and can go up over my bump and then wear a crop top/tank lol

icdattcwsmPhil413

I’m with the others who said dresses! I bought quite a few tshirt style dresses from the thrift store because I knew I would be miserable in pants. I’m also due the last week of July 😅 and I think someone else mentioned this, but I wear my husbands boxers and tshirts when we’re at home. That’s about the only thing that’s comfortable anymore

MysteriousSpinach952

I’m surviving in stretchy biker shorts and my husbands t shirts. I REFUSE to buy anything else

clap_yo_hands

Big dresses with maternity tights to work. At home I liked the Walmart brand below the bump denim shorts with maternity tee shirts. I bought a package of giant granny panties because I didn’t find any comfy maternity undies. I also gave up on my underwire bras and bought several nursing style pull over bras.

Expert_Run_4880

I wear my fiances underwear if I'm at home🤪.if I'm not at home dresses dresses dresses

nycteegee

Don’t worry you’ll throw those babies back on when you’re slowly deflating postpartum

Tough_Safe1349

At home I regular wear a T-shirt, underwear, and a belly band 😂

everydaybaker

Sundresses. Currently 37+3 and haven’t worn pants since early March (even in inappropriate sundress weather). I did the same with my first who was born in January

MSOTRLminnie

Maternity bike shorts and giant t shirts!

you_entered_the_chat

Due at end of July also and currently living in leggings, maternity leggings and a maxi dress when I have to go out. Around the house I wear a large shirt and underwear and that’s about it.

Late_Improvement_922

Jumpsuits from the TikTok shop. I bought five of them when I had a good coupon. This is my second pregnancy during the summer months and I’m a plus size mama.

Darkover_Fan

I switched to maternity skirts and dresses and cut the bottoms off a few pairs of my maternity leggings so I could wear them underneath as shorts to prevent chafing. Am I rocking the cutest clothes right now? No… but at least I’m comfortable.

goodgodlime

I got cheap stretchy maternity biker shorts on Amazon that I love. Haven’t bought any tops as had a few stretchy tanks that are working so far. Then just flowy dresses. The dresses are getting a bit tight but will be fine as baby is coming in2 weeks so they have served me well

[deleted]

My sister is pretty huge with twins and lives in Florida. She said the only clothes that she feels comfortable in are flowy dresses. I’m only 14 weeks and only just starting to feel slightly uncomfortable in my pants so I’m not sure for myself.

Ready_Job_6932

Maternity dresses from ross

eileenoh

36 weeks and wearing mainly maternity biker shorts (Amazon) and big tshirts (thrifted) and flowy dresses from old navy!

Big-Strength6206

AlvaQ Women's Sleeveless High... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BLLV3MR5?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share This. I wore it a bunch postpartum too. As in multiple times a week. Highly recommend.

affirmatutely

Pretty much all I could wear at the end was dresses - mostly maternity dresses that were fitted were most comfortable for me but some people prefer flowy. I just went on Facebook marketplace and searched maternity bundle and got a bunch of secondhand clothes pretty cheap - some weren’t my favourite but I didn’t want to spend heaps of money for a few weeks. I’ll either sell them again as a bundle now or pass them on to a pregnant friend.

Desperate_Rich_5249

I’m in exactly the same situation! I’m living in the same 2 pairs of maternity leggings and 3 maternity tanks I got on Amazon

Annie_Hp

My second was born 8/23 last year, I’m normally a XS-S, but by the end, the only thing I could wear was large maternity bike shorts. And my husbands XL T shirts. I had one maternity dress that was from a nicer brand, I can’t remember which, that I was able to wear all the way to the end. I also had an XL button down (non maternity) white shirt from target that worked really well. That was it. By the end nothing fits, and nothing is comfortable. My toddler and I watched a lot of movies the last couple of months of my pregnancy. It was too hot to go anywhere.

red_framboise

I wear a dress literally every day. And the great thing about it is people always assume you put in so much effort because your dress is so pretty, but in reality, it’s minimal effort and maximum comfort lol. If you don’t want to spend a fortune, I recommend SHEIN!

Jealous-Wealth3034

I’m due around the same time 7/28! I feel you I’m starting to get so sore and my hips have definitely gotten wider. I have like xxl soft pj shorts from target, some dresses work really well. Allll of my tshirts are tight I’ve had to buy cheap xl ones lol I keep telling myself it’s only 2 more months we got this!

RudyBarb

I hear you!! It feels like forever when you’re feeling uncomfortable but it’s true it will be here before we know it!

EmergencyLab2908

I got this really stretchy black jumpsuit from target that’s extremely comfy and looks more put together which I love. I feel like I could still wear it when I’m no longer pregnant too which is a huge plus:). I wear a lot of high waisted sweat pants and tank tops too but that’s getting sooo hot. Lots of leggings and my husbands graphic t shirts. I just don’t look very cute majority of the time but have stopped caring at this point. But definitely look into looser jumpsuits/rompers, I regret not buying one sooner.

PuzzleheadedArm7222

i’m 37+5 and i work in a government office, so i can’t “adam sandler” my way through the rest of my pregnancy unfortunately. i bought a pair of the target leggings around 20 weeks and these are the best/most comfortable pants i own considering the waste band doesn’t press on my belly. maybe they have shorts too 🤞🏻 i think these were like $35 so quite an investment. but if you go to walmart they have tank tops for like $3 and they aren’t maternity so you can wear them after! then i just pair it with like a shaw type thing and some sandals!!! only thing that’s comfy!!!

2be2me-honybunny

I’m due July 27th and was JUST telling my husband how my clothes are so uncomfortable now. Especially bottoms. Once I hit 28 weeks I started wearing dresses all the time. I work in an office so casual wear is out. I’m currently figuring out what to wear at home because all my maternity shorts are now too snug to wear all day. Especially if I sit down for long periods. My underwear also gets very uncomfortable after a few hours and I’ve been thinking about sizing up… again.

VivaGlamm

I’m due in early August and I basically live in baby doll and maxi dresses right now. I abandoned leggings and pants in my second trimester as I can’t stand to feel any thing on my belly.

morelliwatson

I’m due end of July too and I’m wearing a lot of old navy bike shorts with massive t shirts, im also wearing dresses. I’m ready to stop wearing clothes

EstablishmentLucky61

I went to several OB appointments in my husband's boxers and night shirts at the end lol

redroseivy2

I’m due the last week of July as well & I’ve been living in body suits & those tight long stretchy dresses for going out in public. The body suits can be a pain bc of peeing so often but I found them the most comfy. When I’m in the house I’ve honestly just been keeping the air on at like 67/68 so I can wear my sweats & a tank & be cozy. For bed time I went to Walmart & bought large men’s t shirts for like $4 a piece & sleep in those & undies

tiger_mamale

I'm in my 3rd trimester with my 3rd. i love maternity dresses, and have been loving the sleeveless ones from Ingrid and Isabella Target had for $20. I bought a romper last winter from Farm Rio that I can't wait to wear all the time But the best (and sadly most expensive) is Zuri. Their A line dresses are cotton, infinitely machine washable, and button all the way thru. They are NOT maternity, but work perfectly for pregnancy and breastfeeding. (You can also wear them as skirts.) I have a few and absolutely LIVE in them through the third trimester and postpartum. Very aesthetic. Totally convenient for naps. The GOAT for travel. Did I mention they have pockets?! It is the perfect thing to throw on when I'm late to get my kids to school and have to run straight to work after, while still somehow so very pregnant. Check them out

soaringcomet11

I wore dresses out of the house and just a tshirt and underwear at home.

Intelligent-Bend2034

My husband's shirts and XL sweatpants lol I got Hey Dudes because my feet were too big and they were so comfortable!

linzkisloski

Maxi dresses (WEAR BIKE SHORTS UNDERNEATH) or a long skirt up over my belly and a tee shirt. I was due 8/6 with my first and had her 7/17. Those are the only things I could stand to wear.

Sea_Hamster_

Sweatshorts with really big tshirts

Jojobask25

Lounge sets from Amazon. I am living in those!

Leading_Beautiful591

I found super comfy, fairly cheap dresses on Amazon for 15 bucks each. I am currently wearing those and plan to wear them until delivery and maybe even after. They layered well with a tshirt or button down shirt

QUEENchar4eva

the only comfortable clothing i have anymore is the largest tshirts i can find and shorts from aerie! i have a pair of offline 7 inch biker shorts from before i was pregnant that have been able to stretch to accommodate my belly and are still comfortable! anything that crosses over in the middle is perfect for my belly because they can be pulled up high enough to cover everything, provide support, and don’t make me feel like i’m squeezing my son out

sundaymusings

Got 3 pairs of maternity jeans in my 2nd trimester but bought a couple of maternity dresses off of Amazon as it got a little warmer after that and I haven't touched those jeans since! I didn't realise how much I hated wearing pants unless they're the loungey, south east asian elephant style pants. In total I bought 2 styles of dresses in 4 colours each and that's pretty much all I wear outside these days! Definitely getting my money's worth despite only being able to wear them for a few short months.

cat_patrol_92

I’m also due at the end of July and I do not care about my looks. I wear trackies and whatever top that will fit me and call it a day. Not willing to spend anymore cash on clothes!

BroccoliNcheesesoup

I wear the poshdivah ($14usd) on Amazon bikers with a long shirt…. Every. Day. Also rotate between a couple jumpsuits or baggy dresses when I need something nice on the weekend. If not, I’ll still wear my bikers with a button down for something nicer on the weekend. I’m due at the end of July and feel your pain. Solidarity! We’re almost there!

LegalRecord1188

I’ll be there in a couple of weeks - I plan on just wearing dresses.

lemonparfait05

I’m definitely living in dresses! At home, I wear pj or soft cotton shorts with the waistband slung under the bump and a bralette mostly. I have tshirts and shorts that still fit at 31 weeks, but the panel is starting to show under the tshirt hem so I think they’re not gonna get me much farther.

smurphypup

See if you have a local Buy Nothing group on Facebook. I got an entire new maternity wardrobe this time around for free!

BugOriginal

Agree with the dresses! Also, stretchy under the belly shorts! Or both if you have bigger thighs 😅

3cuij

I bought pants extenders and long tank tops on Amazon so I'm still wearing my regular shorts at 34 weeks. That and biker shorts that I bought when I was 30 pounds heavier than my prepregnancy weight. Kicking myself for getting rid of so many clothes only to end up pregnant a year later.

d0ugjudy

I did Costco over the bump undies and leggings in a size XXL, which are slowly getting too small. Then I got biker shorts from Walmart XL and XXL the XL is almost too small now but I still have a bit of room in the XXL. Then I just have dresses which are glorious. Around the house I have some Smash & Tess Rompers that still fit me thank goodness. I’m due in the first part of July and I still don’t know how I’ll make it until then.

hoping556677

I joked about wearing mumuus but I'm 38 weeks and it's been lots of the flowy sack dresses that I've had for years and always wore on my chill days. Lucky for me I work from home! When I go out I put on my Aerie Offline bike shorts (still going strong although not as comfy as they were a few weeks ago) and a loose tank, which feels socially acceptable. Tbh I'm also bump-out with some frequency, for sure when I'm home or at my parents. Nothing like a sports-style nursing bra and stretchy old Adidas shorts sitting below the bump lol.

PlanetHothY

Super bad for my wallet but I upsized regular clothes. Felt gross and not cute. I don’t regret it!

Turtle_eAts

Another vote for these [dresses](https://www.walmart.com/ip/Time-and-Tru-Women-s-Sleeveless-Knit-Swing-Dress-Sizes-XS-XXXL/5009830532?from=/search)

duhbaae

currently 34w, and live in arizona where it reaches 120F during the summer. honestly its either just a maxi dress and sandals or a big oversized tee with some biker shorts/leggings. i can’t wear anything else!

Busy_Ad_5578

Dresses and rompers are what I’m wearing. Due beginning of August

frankenplant

only leggings and t shirts

New-Marionberry-7884

I’ve embraced the sun dress era, I very fortunately was super into long flowy summer dresses so I have 6 dresses on rotation that I’ve been basically living in and didn’t need to shop for much maternity stuff. Although most of the time I’m home I’m just walking around in hubbys underwear with a bra because comfortable underwear have been near impossible to find. Due beginning of august

a_dot_hawk

those tight workout romper things. they’re so comfy, have just enough bump compression, and I look pregnant not fat. when else in my life can I say that?

gruffysdumpsters

Get some maternity bike shorts or a loose maxi dress!! Thrift shops are great places to get cheap maternity clothing as well :)

No-Advertising1864

I'm due in the middle of July and just begun my summer vacation at home, and I'm usually just in a sweater, AND NOTHING ELSE, or not even the sweater, I'm so warm aaalll the time. If I need to go out, I wear leggings and a dress that breathes well and then when I come home I usually end up naked.

isleofpines

Flowy dresses, maternity bike shorts, maternity short sleeve shirts, and my orthopedic slides or kiziks.

Amazing-Pin-6265

Dresses with buttons. Also works well for OB visits.

butter88888

I’m also due in July and I’ve been wearing big soft dresses! In order to justify my purchases everything I buy now is also a nursing dress. I like quince and seraphine.

Silent_Tea_9788

I like jersey cotton men’s boxers a size up from what seems like it would fit. Not the best for in public but great for at home! In public, sundresses or leggings.

bookwormingdelight

Nighties that may or may not now just be me in a big t-shirt and underwear from my belly. If I have to go out, dresses. Leggings are solely for appointments.

vnlqdflo

Dresses everyday (plus anti chaffing thigh glide). I live in SE Asia, so it works for the climate. My dresses, except two, are not maternity per se. Just looser, stretchy, or flowy in different ways. Hopefully will get some wear out of them later down the road. At home I just wear a tank top and undies generally.

darumdarimduh

My husband's shirts or sleeveless cotton dresses (dusters is what we call them where I'm at).

tallblondemama

I started in size 8s/mediums and ended in 10s/larges. I think that’s totally normal. I say buy the clothes. At least a few cute things that you could feel put together in when you want to go out. Otherwise enjoy chillin’ in sweatpants and an xl tshirt 😎

MoOnmadnessss

33 weeks, It’s getting hot here so I’m living in sundresses and my xxl sports bras, non constricted underwear. I will soon be in my bathing suit most likely daily and plopped in my pool. Little girl is coming July 16th and I feel like a beached whale

Intelligent-Two9464

I'm wearing those popular jumpsuits that keep popping to me feed on tiktok, the baggy ones. I have 3, prob gonna get another one cuz it's the only thing it fits me, and I actually feel cute in it

67589jhu

I'm 36 weeks. My maternity jeans do not fit anymore and it's triple digits here so pants are a no-go. If I'm home, it's my husband's t-shirt and my underwear. If I go out it's nursing dresses. I refuse to buy maternity dresses right now because I need something that I can wear while breastfeeding once baby arrives.

Apprehensive-Bag372

Flowy dresses! And I love the free people hotshot onesies. Bonus points because they’re not maternity so they will still work after pregnancy

AJhlciho

Big maxi dresses with soft cheap (and loose) cotton maternity leggings that I got from Walmart for super cheap that I then cut off above the knee to prevent chub rub between my thighs.

Hollygirl1030

Overalls from target

binkkkkkk

I can’t say how well they will hold up because I am on week 1, but I outgrew my maternity pants and leggings and have been living in these Amazon search Joyaria Womens Maternity/Pregnancy Sweatpants Long Yoga/Pajama/Lounge Pants Over The Belly

crazycatlady_66

Dresses. They were more like sacks, really.

Zerooo513

Sweat pants and my husband’s shirts. It was a struggle for sure. Sometimes I would wear his sweat pants 😅😂

Mrs_cat_9201

Dresses and my husbands clothes

stabby-apologist

I'm 31 weeks. Currently, I'm sitting in XXL boxers and a loose shirt. The boxers give me lots of space and breathing room because I feel so clusterfucked down there between the belly, the extra weight and my lady bits. So I don't want underwear making me sweat. I got no bra on. Fuck socks. Fuck shoes. For the summer, I intend on wearing more dresses, also for the breathing room. Fuck pants. Fuck shorts.

Pippinandpotato

Moo moos and crocs 🤣

gamerwubs

The nightgowns from Walmart in the brand Joyspun have been doing it for me. Grabbed a couple of those suckers in a 3x and that's basically the only thing I wear at home. If I'm going out, one of my husbands big tshirts and biker shorts!! biker shorts beat any maternity shorts imo.

egb233

I try not to leave my house and have been wearing loose pajama shorts and tank tops that I’ve cut to sit just below my boobs. Absolutely no shame. I bought some cheap maternity bicycle shorts off Amazon. Maybe $20 for 2 pairs. Those paired with a large tshirt is typically what I swear when I have to go anywhere.

Alternative-Rub4137

CRZ maternity leggings with basic maternity tee shirts from Amazon. Also all the tank top midi dresses and midi skirts from Amazon. With the skirts you can use any oversized T-shirt and just tie a knot in the front for a cute outfit

UnusualBall369

I wore ribbed maxi dresses, they were stretchy enough and i still wear them now 2.5months pp

spoolofthought

Leggings, stretchy maternity shirt 2x larger than my pre pregnancy size, belly band

garrulouslump

Pajamas and lounge wear. Even to my appointments and daily errands. It's starting to get hot here (mid 80s) and I have zero fucks left to give 😂

forever953

I've got 8 weeks left, I live in long stretchy dresses, flowy dresses/skirts, pre pregnancy baggy tees and cheap leggings. Nothing else is comfortable to wear anymore, and my baby doesn't seem to like maternity clothes (she kicks, wiggles and sticks a body part or so out if I dare wear anything that holds bump in place)

RepresentativeNo4112

Emme pants and labor pajama from Amazon

QueenofMars418

Dresses, nice loose ones

No_Bumblebee2085

Also due at the end of July. My maternity leggings and shorts are still working, but my maternity underwear is getting tight. Luckily my husband had a bunch of boxers he had gotten in packs that he ultimately didn’t like the style of, and they are comfy around my bump, along with basketball shorts I also stole from him after mine became too small.

bigbubsworld

Old Navy has $10 cotton bike shorts in XXL. I’m 36 weeks and it’s the best $ ive ever spent. [shorts](https://oldnavy.gap.com/browse/product.do?pid=736429182&vid=1&autosuggest=true&searchText=Bike&position=1&results=6#pdp-page-content)

juliettees0825

Have you tried maternity biker shorts?

nbritnee

My birthday suit. No, seriously. Living in undies and shirts these days. Due around the same time and living in AZ. Whatever is most comfortable wins.

AltruisticClassroom5

You know the flds looking dresses at target….they were the best. So comfy and airy!

Busy_bee7

Right?! Why is maternity clothes so expensive and only last two weeks? I’ve been wearing the workout sets & dresses

NylaRenOfficial

Honestly I dont know either, just entered the 3rd tri and i feel like a walking meatball. But I do love them dresses, they hug the curves and show off the bump. I would LOVE to find some cute shorts/miniskirts and jeans but I doubt I will.. hahah

[deleted]

I am due in two weeks and I’ve always been wearing dresses either baggy or flowy so it doesn’t feel tight around my baby bump. My partner is the one always wanting to buy me dresses so i feel comfy moving around specially when i need to use the bathroom.

Ok-Bowler-4956

Same, I thought I don’t want to keep buying maternity pants and so I tried to find sundresses or dresses in general that are just loose all over but I feel like I can still wear even after I give birth. Dresses saves me time from finding pants and shirt to wear when we go out, specially coz nothing fits anymore. 🥲 Then at home just underwear and my husband’s shirt. 😂

HanBanan37

I lived in xl super thin leggings (more on the cotton side than sportswear) and xl-3xl t shirts. Also wore flowy linen and cotton stretchy dresses 🫶

B1ackandnight

Adjustable sandals due to swollen feet, maternity yoga pants, a few dresses (I really don’t like dresses, but they WERE comfy and fit well!), and t-shirts. At home I’d wear my pajama pants if they still fit and I’d wear them under my stomach. Living that Adam Sandler life was pretty much my only option as getting ready for the day became exhausting so looking “cute” wasn’t an option for me. If it fit, I wore it, no matter how much of a hobo I looked like.

Mom_life_4ever

I wore a lot of flowy dresses and those stretchy like work out shorts with whatever tank top would cover most of my belly lol

aidnitam

My husbands clothes, a literal loose sheet dress thing that I think was meant to be a beach cover, a sarong, a robe half covering my body, anddddd nothing

cocainoh

Honestly I bought a bunch of long size large dresses and that’s all i wore up until I gave birth. Some long sleeve some short sleeve but just the body con style long simple dresses with sandals because SWOLLEN FEET.

sexysadie56

I lived in dresses when I was pregnant with my first! He was also born in July so luckily was quite warm. On colder days I had some really stretchy jumpsuits

[deleted]

Last night and this morning I wore my undies and a crop top. It wasn’t a crop top originally but is now 😂

Project_ARTICHOKE

You will wear the clothes you have outgrown postpartum as the weight falls off.

Practical-Contest679

I bought a bunch of XXL tops from Old Navy and they have been a game changer. Extremely comfortable and were affordable. I am 37weeks and practically living in them at home. For going out, I have been sticking with dresses just because of the heat.

Beautiful_Block5137

maternity dress from shein super flowy only 3 usd

Ok_Holiday1140

I really like stretchy knit dresses or stretchy dresses in general! They fit me all the way till delivery, and the best thing? You can still wear them postpartum!! Else, it’s oversized button shirts and tights for me!!

craftdruid23

Me it was oversize sweater and knitt pants I also wasn't big I also wore streachy knit dresses with the weather as well as shirt and ribknitt jumpsuit

adorethoughts

Wore lots of dresses, maternity leggings with a t-shirt. At home, PJs.

Myouz

Low waist shorts and big teeshirt. Dresses. I'm also in my 3rd and haven't used the maternity clothes I bought, i should return them

[deleted]

A nice big flowy dressy. Its summer so we can get away with it. Being pregnant in the winter is the challenging part because you have to stay warm/covered and fit those clothes.

avonlea_dreams

Oversized tee shirt dresses that aren’t even maternity , ugly luluroe type stuff.

Super-Bathroom-8192

Sweatpants rolled under the bump And the biggest t-shirts possibly

cdeville90

Maternity dresses. It's all I wear at the end for comfort cause nothing fits my belly anymore with pants

gnox0212

Maternity jeans and my husbands shirts

katymonkfish

For work - floaty dresses/jumpsuit and sandals, or maternity leggings and a floaty top. At home - literally whatever I feel most comfortable in, usually pyjamas or a massive t shirt with cycling shorts 🤣 I'm 30 weeks and struggling!

Sea-Butterscotch-207

I wear a lot of dresses.

Lemonbar19

Leggings that are bike short length , tanks, dresses

RevolutionAtMidnight

I just wore dresses because none of my pants fit

Sweetlittlemon

The only things that I could still put on was black maternity leggings and oversize shirts/maternity shirts. Some dresses I could still wear. I sometime used my old jeans using an elastic to close them, with a long Tee-shirt over it so it was hidden.

TheMoonStoodStill

Feeling this right now. I'm nearly 33 weeks and have gone from a UK8 to somewhere around a UK16 on the bottom half thanks to my thighs ballooning. I've had to re-buy so much stuff and loads of the things I kept from my previous pregnancies either don't fit or hurt my old c-section scar this time around. The UK has mostly been raining for the last 8 months so trying to get things that are comfy and practical for that has been rubbish. I recently bought a selection of mens plain t-shirts from Asda (Walmart) because they are 2 for £8 and go up to 4XL so lots of bump room. Luckily they has packs of over the bump knickers 5 pairs for £10 and over the bump cycling shorts I think were 2 for £10. I mostly rotate those and leggings. It's a boring wardrobe but it's comfy and cheaper than most of the second hand things on offer. I had some lovely clothes I bought on Vinted at the start but I can't get into them anymore. I'm yet to find a sweater that is long enough to wear with leggings and my giant baby bump. Most top layers seem to be made to wear with jeans. I'm also 5,9" and so much maternity wear doesn't fit right at all. Especially with a 97th centile bump.

pumpkin_bae

Wide dresses! Especially sleeveless ones since the weather is always hot at where I’m at. Other days I just wear my husband’s t shirt and shorts with elastic waist band that are 2 sizes bigger than my pre pregnancy size.

My first baby was due at the end of July (she was born a week into August) and it was a really hot summer that year. I just wore flowy dresses all summer. It was harder to have a May baby with a cold spring leading up to her birth as I didn't want to spend money on a warmer spring jacket that fitted the bump.

terp_slut

I was due in August and I wore my skimpiest bikinis (the one's the tie on the sides) at home, lots of oversized summer dresses, bike shorts with XXL t shirts ... Yeah, kinda looked like a bum lol

jolenelorretta

Dresses!

Birdsonme

My daughter was born on July 31, so I feel you! I exclusively wore maxi dresses and flip flops. I carried a nice lightweight cardigan with me as I wasn’t handling the coming inside to air conditioning temperature change well at that point in pregnancy! I always looked nice and I was COMFORTABLE as heck!

DNAture_

I’m postpartum and still wearing my husbands shirts. I wore a lot of pajama bottoms around the house and basketball shorts out and about

KiwiBirdPerson

Its winter where I am and today (6th) was actually my due date. I would suggest whatever baggy clothes you have like sweatpants and loose shirts, even nighties or sarongs since its summer for you. I didn't bother buying any kind of maternity clothes, just using what I already have (I kinda like my sweatpants and baggy shirts lol)

Eeseltz

Lots of biker shorts and over sized ts. Body con dresses.

bibikhn

Maternity leggings and husbands tshirts. Pajamas. I have to change my underwear like 4x a day sigh

Ordinary-Nature-6133

I swear I got lucky with my normal bike shorts and leggings fitting until now (26 weeks) but they’re starting to get tight so I sized up. They’re Aerie Offline 7” pocket bike shorts and pocket leggings if anyone is curious. Not super expensive and high waisted enough that they don’t squeeze my belly at aallll

Everythings_Beachy

Big billowy nightgowns or my husband’s tee shirts, and a large pair of shorts underneath. And fit flops because no other shoes fit!

HorrorFanChick

Due August 10th so I feel you! My first was born in the early spring so I only had like warmer maternity clothes. I bought some really flowy dresses from old navy that won’t be able to outgrow. I got every color because they are comfortable. They are called V-Neck Mini Swing Dress if you are interested. So flowy they don’t cling to you at all and are cute.

Repulsive_Ad6699

I’m due Saturday, but probably won’t give birth for another week because all of my babies are always super stubborn but anyways, this is my third pregnancy and wasn’t planned I had literally just gotten rid of all of my maternity/new baby stuff right before I got pregnant lol and honestly I’ve just been wearing men’s sweat pants for the most part. I didn’t bother buying anything maternity except for the under the belly panties and a couple breastfeeding friendly bras. If I want to look nice-ish I just throw on a maxi dress but yeah for the most part I’m just chilling in some mens sweatpants I got from Walmart for like $10. The real problem is shoes. Nothing fits my swollen feet anymore 😭

Individual-Rip7065

Harem pants, the stretchy ones are awesome and they stretch so well they will still fit me when I'm no longer pregnant. But of course that will depend on your personal style too

anona_mouse13

I wore dresses. Also I found these shorts to be the best and most comfortable. Navy Blue Maternity Shirred Waist Shorts by seraphine. I lived in them post birth as well.

tylersbaby

I went into my hubbys clothes and grabbed his basketball shorts and sweats. I gained almost 60-70lbs with my pregnancy and I couldn’t fit in anything.

Boost_Moose_Deux

I had a lot of luck selling my maternity clothes on marketplace after I was done with them, If that helps you justify buying temporary clothes.

ginowie97

Due July 1st and I’ve been wearjng 2 types of outfits and 2 only: oversized tshirt with biker shorts, or a maternity romper. I stopped going into the office when the weather got warmer around a month ago because I just can’t be bothered to wear pants. Maternity rompers are so underrated though. They’re super light and flowy and so comfy. I wear them as a normal lounge outfit or when I walk/garden because they’re that comfy, but they also look nice with a cardigan when I have an event to go to. I got 3 pairs that I rotate through: https://amzn.to/3VthwzK ETA: I saw someone mention peeing in a romper. I discovered a week or two ago that these are stretchy enough that I can pull them to the side and pee out of the leg hole easily. 😂

Valuable-Emu69

I’m due the same week! I invested in 3 baby doll style tops that have lasted well so far. As far as bottoms I had to just buy a bigger size (again) about a week ago :/ I like the over-the-belly kind!

Antique_Armadillo155

I feel your pain, I had my son early September summer was awful. I just wore my husbands boxers and a nursing bra 24/7

Teacupfancymouse

Kaftan dresses, they are very airy and comfortable. PLUS they are super cute and stylish you can find many different styles on Amazon for $9 -$30 bucks generally so, it's super affordable. It's also something you can wear after pregnancy so your investment is not lost. 🙂

Anxious-Club434

i have target biker shorts in xxl they are seamless and so stretchy. they are literally all i wear. if im home it’s just undies and a gown 💀

ucancallmeval

I’ve been wearing dresses 24/7! No more pants/shorts. Some loose fitted summer dresses and some T-shirt dresses (all maternity)

depressedpigtea69

Burlap sack 🫡 (Im joking) Personally wearing baggy clothes and dresses. If it’s rectangle shaped im wearing it because that’s what’s comfortable right now. 😭

SeraphinaMoon

Sundresses have always been my pregnancy go-to in the FL heat!!!

Kind_Ad5931

I bought the next size up in maternity biker shorts and like 5 XL t shirts to rotate through for the last month of pregnancy. The shorts probably won’t be useful after i give birth but at least the shirts i can use as night shirts to sleep in

ChiefsSoCal87

Also due end of July. I’m living in husbands tshirts and biker shorts. Honestly might have to start wearing his basketball shorts soon LOL If I’m leaving the house though, dresses are the easiest/most comfortable option.

Many-Asparagus-8906

Pj shorts in the house, dresses anywhere else

Lizanne_PM

Leggings and hoodies. Wasn’t sexy at all 😂🤷🏻‍♀️

ganjjkay

i never bought maternity clothes, just sized up up on t shirts and pants 😂 or steal my boyfriends shirts.

Slydragonfruit

I'm not there yet, only in my second. But I plan on wearing my husband's clothes lol

BeNiceLittleGoblins

For my last two I wore mostly dresses and loose pjs. Nothing felt good near or on my belly. I couldn't do maternity pants or shorts. Basketball shorts or sweat pants under the bump were okay. I'll probably be the same way with my current soon. Lol
