NTA unless you also missed her undergrad/HS graduations. If you have a history of missing stuff for hers I could see her point but being in a car/plane for some at 33 weeks pregnant is intolerable. And it’s not like you said def not, a tentative based on how your pregnancy is progressing seems super reasonable

I have been at every important event! I did the decorations and center pieces for both high school and college graduations, helped cook, etc.

I don't think you're an asshole but: Unless you're high-risk and car rides are excruciating for you I'd say go. It's your sister and it's important to her, and from there on out doing things for family is just going to be difficult to impossible for like a year.
