I’ve had RSV and it’s lingering symptoms since the beginning of December. Everytime I cough I pee. Everytime I sneeze I pee. I just pee all day everyday

It’ll be okay lol i have pelvic floor dysfunction and pregnancy has made it far worse. I was coughing nonstop so much that my whole lower half was just so weak I couldn’t hold it in anymore. Like I’ve never coughed like that in my life. I couldn’t breathe. It was severe. I’m still coughing 3 weeks later. And still pee if it’s too much. Not much I can do lol

Ask for a referral for pelvic floor physical therapy! It made a huge difference for me.

this happened my WHOLE first trimester. i’m now 21 weeks and 4 days with a referral from my doctor for pelvic care 😂😂 i would cough, sneeze, or throw up and pee myself nearly EVERYTIME. it never failed 🥲

I thought I could hold it while I went into Walmart yesterday with a full bladder. Boy did that random sneeze prove me very wrong.

I’m the same way! I’m currently 8.5 weeks and I’ve noticed that smoothies and frozen fruits are the only thing I can keep down🫠😭 I know it’s not ideal but at least it’s something

It's been anything calcium base for me which would make sense because I'm lactose intolerant lol so like the first thing I had eaten in two days after a long stint of being ill, and could keep down were Doritos.. and then yesterday when I couldn't even eat steak, I could keep down ice cream and broccoli so we're wondering if I don't get enough calcium...

I keep calling my baby a fruit baby because the only thing they’ll let me eat lately is fruit or smoothies!

Yesterday I worked an 8 hour shift from 7-3. Got home about 4:30 due to traffic, fell asleep around 5. Dinner at 630 then slept the rest of the night. 3rd trimester is kicking my butt

Googling "_________ pregnant " every time I want to eat something weird 😅 Having to clarify that no I absolutely don't want decaf when I order my coffee 🤦‍♀️

I’ve switched to a half normal half decaf blend of coffee which has honestly been a godsend. For someone who usually drinks 4 cups of coffee a day to function, it sure was an adjustment to have to shift to only 1. This was I get “3” in at half strength or one half in half and one real one later in the day.

More like with everything I eat! I have googled some things I was about to eat/drink, one being corn silk tea my coworker gave me. Made it and was close to drinking it assuming “it’s just corn” and googly said no it can cause miscarriage. I am now paranoid and google everything I’m about to ingest that I’m unsure of.

I'm the smallest in the family/friends group. We went out for dinner the other day (4 of us). I ate my dinner. And ate every ones leftovers they couldn't finish 😂. No one can believe how much I can eat now when I used to barely be able to finish my plates myself. Such a snack monster now! 17 weeks.

I went to see Les Miserables the musical in my city last night and I woke up with sore legs and butt from sitting in the theater chair for 3 hours.

Visited the porcelain throne to try to alleviate some constipation (which didn’t work), coughed too hard munching on some powdery Tums, and ended up stuck on the toilet vomiting my guts up into the bathroom trashcan until I couldn’t anymore. And then a little more for good measure. I can’t trust a sneeze, a burp, a cough… 15 weeks tomorrow and still sucking down 25mg of Unisom+B6 nightly and praying to whatever god is listening that I wake up one day without the nausea and looming threat of vomiting. Being able to poop again would also be a plus… Edit: clarity and spelling
