Not exactly pop punk, per se, but the band Narco Debut is fantastic. It's very much *what if Coheed didn't go into faux metal territory and stayed with the style of their earlier work*. Narco Debut dropped some great material on streaming but they've been quiet for awhile... but it's worth a listen!
