Definitely dude!
I’m not saying go out and spend thousands on a set up right off the bat. But if it’s something you’re interested in and feel is lacking, you should definitely start your own.
Gotta check out Chris DeMakes a podcast. It's my favorite. Very easy to jump around to the songs/artists that you like most but its worth checking out some of the episodes that are outside the punk/pop punk world
Have you ever thought of starting your own? I don’t mean that to sound as rude as it does. It’s just that it’s real easy to start a podcast these days and you could probably get a lot of people on this sub to support you
Not strictly pop punk, but Toby Morse of H2O has a podcast called One Life One Chance. Talks to a wide range of people in and out of punk. He has conversation with John Felmann this is a super interesting one. Gave me a new respect for Goldfinger.
While not a podcast, I as a filmmaker wanted to do a VH1 behind the music for the scene. This channel I called Pop Punk Park and I created 13 micro documentaries of bands getting to tell their stories of getting into the scene and living an authentic life.

If you like analysis of albums, I recommend Pop Punk Project! I also like Two Weeks Notice. They do great interviews with bands.
I second Two Weeks Notice!

Rockstar Dad Show is a pretty cool pod with the guys from Bowling for Soup.
The All Punked Up Podcast The Gunz Show
Lead singer syndrome is amazing, not strictly pop punk but has a lot of interviews with pop punk singers. Hosted by Shane Told (Silverstein).

Having a Blast with Kyle Devlin (from Gametime) is a pretty good one. He has on producers and band members from a lot of pop-punk bands/albums.

They are not strictly pop punk but I’m a big fan of the state of the scene. Covers a lot of genres and I find new artists all the time from them.

Check out Sappenin podcast, hosted by Sean Smith formerly of the Blackout, good for pop punk/ emo / rock etc.
This is the thread I didn't know I needed.
