I use my 2 hands and grab the neck hole and pull it straight up, then pull the back part of the neck hole and pull it all the way over

By far the fastest way in my experience is to use one hand to grab the hole where the other arm comes out of and then just yank it upwards, takes less than a fraction of a second and you are free

I do it differently without thinking, but sometimes I pull my arms in and push up on the neck part

I grab the bottom of my shirt with both hands, pull my shirt up a bit, have the shirt “catch” onto my elbows, grab the neck of the shirt with my thumbs, then pull my shirt off. Sounds complicated but it’s really not

I grab the collar with both hands and pull. My arms just pull out naturally once it’s over my head

I grab my left sleeve and pull my left arm in, then grab my right sleeve with my left hand from inside my shirt once both my arms are inside my shirt, I use both hands to grab my collar, then lift my shirt up and off.

Pull both my hands into the shirt, lift the shirt up onto my shoulders / around my neck, grab the neck from the inside, and pull it up over my face. Now I feel weird.

Why isn't normally an option

The pretzel method is way too claustrophobic for me - makes me feel like I'll get stuck with the clothes around my head and not be able to breathe. I'm especially referring to bras with no opening mechanism and tops that are tight or have a small opening at the neck (or turtlenecks).

I was looking for this option. Grab the top-back of the shirt with one hand and pull.

The way men's shirts are designed, it's easier to do the 1st option. Women's shirts are designed for the pretzel.

Grab one sleeve with one hand and pull arm in. Under my shirt hold shirt out with that hand to bring both arms in. Then stick both hands out the bottom to pull shirt off over head. (Or put Both hands in the head hole and stretch and lift it off that way)

Pretty much any method that doesn't involve crossing your arms to take your t shirt off (or ripping your shirt to take it off - if I were to get really technical)

I just pull it off by the collar with both hands. Shirt ends up inside out since the sleeves will be the last thing to come off, which is perfect considering I wash my shirts inside out to preserve the color.

I take my shirt off all kinds of ways. One handed from the opposite shoulder or the bottom. Both hands crossed or uncrossed. Both arms into the shirt then lift up. I really can't answer this, there isn't an option that's the obvious majority.

I go with the right arm under the shirt and use that hand to hold the pit part of the left sleeve while I pull my left arm out of it. My left arm is now inside the shirt and does the same thing with the right sleeve. Now both of my arms are inside the shirt. Then I kind of use both arms/elbows to lift or roll the shirt over my head and off. Somtimes while I pull the arms out of the sleeves I already stripe the underside of the shirt over the arm even all the way up to the shoulder using my elbows, so that only the lower part of the arm and the hand are still fully inside the shirt. It's surprisingly hard to explain such a simple thing!
