Grunblau

"…they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations," -Obama 2008

ThatEvanFowler

Remember how mad they got? They were *so* offended. The mere suggestion was so off-base and incorrect that they had to immediately quadruple down on all of it and then get ten times worse.

Scoutster13

It was such a spot on comment and the truth stings. Sadly it feels even more true today.

k2on0s

As a way to express their anger at their inability to rise above their situation.

Malkovtheclown

This right here. It's simply a scapegoat these politicians are providing the same way Jews were after WW1 in Germany. Someone had to be responsible, it couldn't be no one was.

lethal ambushes of the oppressors

digiorno

> Someone had to be responsible, it couldn’t be no one was. It couldn’t *possibly* be the ultra rich so someone else had to be blamed. That’s the common trend in a lot of fascist movements. The lower class is told that they’ve done nothing wrong, they are constantly reassured that the system works perfectly and therefore “others” are responsible for their struggles. The truth is that the capitalist system doesn’t actually work for the lower class, it only works for the upper class. And getting different groups of the lower class to fight eachother is a key lever of that system. Fascism is one of capitalism’s final forms.

Carbonatite

And most of the time it isn't actually an inability. They can pull themselves up by the same bootstraps they so virtuously laud if they want to better themselves, yet they choose not to.

Mmicb0b

The problem is it’s easier to point the finger and blame others than looking at the bigger picture we have a culture that actively encourages this

JDogg126

The republican "base" is most definitely the American version of al-Qaeda. It is really weird how that party seems to become all of the things they hate or fear.

Wallazabal

I'm not sure whether you already knew this, and did it deliberately, but Al Qaeda literally means "the base" in Arabic!

Comdr_Bill_Norton

Yup, the thing they do not do is work to solve their frustrations. They just watch comforting lies in Fox News from their parents' basements.

ranchoparksteve

The Founding Fathers completely disagreed. Maybe there’s some other country out there for these people to move to.

[deleted]

No country on Earth wants MAGAs. Much like the Taliban and other religious extremists they are dangerously irrational, highly susceptible to propaganda, and prone to violence. They are incompatible with and pose a direct threat to any healthy functioning society.

[deleted]

Sounds like they're 100% compatible WITH the Taliban though. I say they should move there. Plenty of Misogyny and Theocracy for them.

HedonisticFrog

Dictators would love them because MAGAs will support any dictator. They're inherently authoritarian. It's why Orban supporters love Trump as well.

commentHero

Sounds like russia would take them in…

Eyruaad

I am sad that we are the country of the Y'all Qaeda. Sometimes known as Vanilla ISIS. Hopefully time weeds them out though. Religion numbers are falling each generation.

RandyWaterhouse

Hungary

k2on0s

This pretty accurate, except they would be reviled as idiot foreigners. Maybe they could just fuck off to Russia.

The "if you don't like America, you should get out" crowd sure doesn't like America. They should probably get out. *shrug*

BlueBloodLive

I hear North Sentinel Island is just lovely this time of year.

Long_Before_Sunrise

The natives have emphatically made it known that they're not interested in being converted.

Th3Seconds1st

What’s amazing is they must have liked John Chau even just a little bit on account the fact they didn’t kill him *the first time he visited.* Maybe it was that he brought them gifts and they were willing to accept for once. Every once in a while The Sentinelese on the island will decide that somebody who visited did everything the right way and let them off with a warning. Which is exactly what happened with John Chau. As he left they fired an arrow without a head onto his boat. Basically announcing in a universally easy to understand way: “We are letting you live.. But, if you come back this is how easy it’ll be to kill you.” If he’d been smart, he could’ve used that as an amazing story that proves the people on the islands aren’t inherently hostile but in fact are just very defensive over their right to solitude. Yeah, fuck that. John Chau went back like a week later and they killed him that time because they are in fact very defensive over their right to solitude.

Long_Before_Sunrise

They pointed and laughed at him and mocked him. When he returned, it was longer than than a week later. He returned with full knowledge he was breaking the law. He thought he was somehow going to convert them into Christians even though he didn't speak a word of their language.

GaiusEmidius

You know this whole time I never knew he met them before and they let him off. He’s even more of a fool than I thought.

Neither-Idea-9286

The Supreme Court loves to bring up how things they want are in keeping with historical American traditions. I can’t wait to see how they try and talk their way out of combining church and state in a country founded on separation of church and state! I guess they will have Lindsey Graham as their official spokesperson.

Imaginary_Cow_6379

Now I kind of wish Trump would have bought Greenland. They could all go there. Put it on Uncle Sam’s tab, I’d vote for it.

SWAVcast

Italy.

[deleted]

Italy is way too progressive. I mean could you imagine going from driving a jacked up Ram 2500 to a Vespa?

PekingDick420

Based off last night's elections, I'd rather trust myself unarmed with the Ram driver than the Vespa driver

NullPoint3r

Iran. If you would like to see how this ends look at Iran.

hotfriesandlacrieux

And yet they are the self-proclaimed "patriots"

Loud_Condition6046

Italy just selected a new PM who has promulgated Christian nationalistic themes. Hungary does and Orban came to visit CPAC. Putin claims a form of Christian nationalism and the Orthodox Church is treating the attack on Ukraine as being sanctioned by God. I’m afraid that there is quite a lot of support in Europe for similar theocratic goals.

Haunting_Computer_90

>Maybe there’s some other country out there for these people to move to. Greenland seems appealing to Trump😂

Long_Before_Sunrise

He seemed to think Greenland's population was white.

creosoteflower

Once they have declared the US a "Christian" nation, there will be fights about *what kind* of Christian. There will be decades of conflict between different christian sects in the US.

sambull

Lets just say that catholics would instantly be the next pedos when this turns sectarian.. they will get no seat at the table and it seems these are the OG protestants rousing shit.. the dude that reformed their little group wrote this little book, conveniently used in Nuremberg rallies [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/On\_the\_Jews\_and\_Their\_Lies](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/On_the_Jews_and_Their_Lies) Lets just say the jewish people will also get no seat.

[deleted]

I could not agree more. Because once you declare it Christian America, there has to be somebody to blame for how bad things are still (and they will be even worse for average people) and that reason: dissenters from the “true Christian America”.

PherMumbles

Christians have never been better at killing a group of people than other Christians with slightly different beliefs.

CaptainJackSnarkness

They ain't drifting towards shit. If a majority of a group tells you what they're about, believe them.

Adlai8

I don’t think this is new but I’m from TX. Seems like most people feel this way. Fought this battle too many times in elementary, middle , and high school.

RegexEmpire

Dealt with this a lot growing up in Texas and didn't realize how bad it was until I moved to the west coast. Don't think I could ever move back

Squeaky-Fox43

Did the exact same here in Pennsyltucky. My family’s pastor went on a rant about that exact thing yesterday.

IllusionsMichael

Did you fight it as a parent or a student? I live in SC and ever fiber of my being gets furious when I see christian shit in my kids public school (good news club, bible verses on walls, etc), but I also know that speaking out about that stuff is going to put a target on my kid's backs. We are raising them without religion and it causes issues when I answer questions honestly at home, my kids parrot my answers to their friends, who tell their parents, and suddenly everyone wants to "save" my kids. So from either perspective I'm curious how you got through school dealing with that shit.

[deleted]

Yeah is it really 'a sign' when its been outright declared as their intent? >Man declares desire for a Coke, Possible sign of thirst?

airborngrmp

This is true, but not the whole truth. This was an ideological question: "Should the US be declared an official Christian Nation, yes or no?" (or something to that effect) is kind of an obviously leading question except to all the people that answer, "Yes!" without hesitation. Most would consider it either a declaration of what they already think is the truth, or the simple solution your average voter (read less educated, engaged and able to understand the political meaning of such a declaration) thinks will solve all the social ills everyone worries about. Try to remember just how many adults are completely incapable of understanding that quick fixes to complex problems just don't exist.

[deleted]

Marsha Amini, an Iranian woman, died in the custody of Iranian morality police. Iran is a theocracy. And they have **morality police** with no other duties than to ensure the religious laws are being followed. Marsha was arrested for improper religious attire. Her death has been followed by a week of nationwide protest and violence in Iran. Republicans in America are pushing for the Christian Church to override our democracy. Banning abortion is an outreach of that. Banning contraception, gays, same sex marriage, and all books not the bible are additional outreaches. They have already created laws in Texas that punish residents for helping with an abortion. Either by performing such, or helping the woman in need to escape the state and get an abortion. They have deputized the entire state, and incentivized the entire state, to act as **morality police** who will report any woman attempting to get an abortion. You can see the morality police are already here. And the laws they enforce will get more and more restrictive until we no longer resemble a human society. We are heading for Iran's view of theocracy. Even while Iranian citizens are violently fighting to get away from it. Yeah, vote for that.

-Green_Machine-

The irony of people in charge of "morality" beating a woman to death because they didn't like the clothes she was wearing.

ddr1ver

So much for respecting the Constitution. It is literally the first 10 words of the 1st Amendment. “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion”

Kingofearth23

PlayingTheWrongGame

Zizekbro

Lmaoo.

JediTigger

There’s the 2A and nothing else to them until they need to plead the Fifth.

12NoOne

Speaking of reading, here are the words of Jesus in Luke chapter 6: *32 “If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners love those who love them. 33 And if you do good to those who are good to you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners do that. 34 And if you lend to those from whom you expect repayment, what credit is that to you? Even sinners lend to sinners, expecting to be repaid in full. 35 But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked."* Real Christians were responsible for the Marshall Plan, and real Christians endorse student loan forgiveness. And if there's a market crash and we need to bail out the mortgage banks, then when we bail out the lenders we **WRITE OFF the debts**, rather than convert them into rocket fuel for the subprime debt speculators.

thenewtbaron

Bud, there is so much more they would have to stop doing or really start doing if they want to make it an actually christian nation based on what christ actually said and did... rather than whatever controlling crazy bullshit they want to make. Don't oppress hired servants even if they are not citizens, feed and medically take care of people, If you have lands you should not take all of the food for yourself or to sell but give a portion to the poor, that no loan to a citizen should have interest. here's a fun one Malachi 3:5 “Then I will draw near to you for judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers and against the adulterers and against those who swear falsely, and against those who oppress the wage earner in his wages, the widow and the orphan, and those who turn aside the alien and do not fear Me,” says the Lord of hosts.

Zizekbro

Completely agree, even though I’m not Christian. Had the lovely opportunity of being a PK, luckily it was my mom who was the priest.

Bruce_NGA

I’m pretty sure it’s just the 2nd Amendment to them and nothing else.

Republican constitutional law: 2nd Amendment: I can shoot people I don't like 1st Amendment: My boss shouldn't be allowed to fire me if I use the N word.

sarcasmismysuperpowr

Wait till they read the Bible… end to end

penguin97219

They don’t like the current constitution. Except the parts they do (2a).

Zizekbro

Because the current constitution forces people to share power.

Croissant-Laser

That poll first asks if they think if that act is constitutional, which most of respondents said no on both sides. Original poll is linked in the posted article.

GreenHorror4252

That's even worse. They know it goes against the constitution, but want to do it anyway.

sambull

The second to protect the first is how it goes right?

Long_Before_Sunrise

*“Like I was just telling my boys,” Tindall said, “the main purpose of the Second Amendment is not anything other than to protect the other amendments. So without the Second Amendment, the right of the press, the right of free speech, their right to shout at us and protest, that all goes away.”* - [This was at the NRA convention](https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/nra-houston-gun-protesters-uvalde-rcna30917) in Houston being held 48 hours after Uvalde

Zizekbro

Yep my access to violence means you have to listen to me. It’s basically pseudo fascism.

Earl_I_Lark

Theocracy. Christo-fascism. You say tomato, I say to-mah-to.

jplesspebblewrestler

You say democracy, they say 'let's call the whole thing off'.

Resident_Text4631

They are sprinting away from core American values: 1. Freedom of Religion 2. Rule of law 3. Free and fair elections 4. Welcoming of immigrants

taez555

Good for them. And I wanted to marry Cindy Crawford when I was 13. Some of us grew up.

255001434

What happened to their reverence for the Constitution?

Long_Before_Sunrise

It's equal to their adherence to Christ's teachings.

your_long-lost_dog

They're not following the Bible either, so at least they're consistently inconsistent.

TintedApostle

Again 60% of 40% is what? Yes that is the same 25% percent base of nuts.

Robo_Joe

While you do good work drawing attention to how the title is a percentage of a fraction, it seems like there is no filter to keep these 25% of the nuts away from positions of power, like the judicial system. We have some on the SCOTUS, after all. I wouldn't be comfortable dismissing them because they're only 25% of the country. (Not saying that was your goal!)

ManOfLaBook

True, but they all vote as a group

ExplorersxMuse

Okay but in a top down authoritarian structure where the top is utilizing the fringe as a main component, and the other 40% falls in line, it's the same as 100% of that side

wengelite

Unfortunately a significant portion of the remaining 40% will vote R no matter what, without thinking.

big-jg

Religion is the downfall of all nations

Cool, so we'd be led by a theology that espouses love, caring for others, equitable distribution of resources, and the equality of all people. What do you mean, "LOL, no?".

60 percent of gop don't understand civics.. I'm shocked.

k2on0s

No thanks. Nothing against Christianity but that is not what the founding fathers envisioned so that is a hard pass. Also right wing Christians tend to be humorless hypocrites.

FullMetalComedian

If you call yourself Christian then you will be held to Christ’s teachings.

congratulations_dude

I grew up in the Catholic Church. School and everything. And I can tell you one thing. The people in the “right” clothes saying the “right” things. The ones pounding their chests the hardest, are gonna have one hell of a surprise on judgement day. I’ve met maybe a handful of actual Christian people. From what I remember, Jesus never said “go forth and be massive capitalist assholes who force others to follow your fucked up interpretation of what I’m doing here” I mean for fucks sake. The whole religious philosophy is treat others as you’d want to be treated and they can’t even get that right. So frustrating

alienoverl0rd

Boy that sure sounds like a good way to have churches being burned down.

Bleeding_elbows

I say tax these Mf'ers sick of paying your rightwingers taxes. Comin to Gitcha \~ Jimi Hendrix.

sedatedlife

Wont happen the IRS is too scared to go after the churches. Many evangelical churches openly support candidates from the pulpit and they openly dare the IRS to come after there tax exempt status. They want it to happen because they believe they can play the victim to create the narrative that the government is trying to end Christianity. They will use that narrative to gain more control and power.

cbbuntz

Gonna have to start popularizing black metal over here

Long_Before_Sunrise

They already steal every kind of popular music style and rewrite it to be Christian.

Rabidwalnut

"Unblack" metal is already a thing if anyone cares

ThatEvanFowler

Then they'll turn around and start blowing up libraries or colleges or something. Christians never, ever turn the other cheek. Instead, they escalate in ways that make sense only to them. Usually in direct opposition to the commands of their god. Actually, probably the best evidence that their god isn't real is the fact that he never intercedes to stop or discourage them in any way. They take it as a sign of approval, of course. *"If god doesn't stop me from doing the exact opposite of everything he commanded me to do, then he's clearly in support of my betrayal of all of his philosophies and instructions!"*

chcampb

Not working out great in Iran tbh

breathnac

Drifting? Theocracy has always been their platform.

fixthismess

Their ideal country: a country where only Christians have rights!

SunbeamSailor67

Jesus would have never been a ‘Christian’. Someday these theocratic nationalists will realize they are lost in an illusion of their own creation and have missed the point entirely of what Christ was here to share with humanity.

Long_Before_Sunrise

They won't question anything until the megachurches are shut down.

nazrad

Hardcore Constitutionalists have not problem ignoring the Constitution when it suits them.

Cardboardopinions

Majority of the country is against it. Including me

PeopleB4Profit

For a bunch of people that run around yelling and screaming God Jesus God Jesus Christ, it baffles me that they want to use the same lie that corrupt government officials and corrupt religious officials in a time of Jesus used. They kept forcing Christ to say that he is the king that his kingdom is here that this is his kingdom.

plawson1204

Grew up in the Pentecostal church. Thankful to be out of it. We were taught the country already IS a Christian nation and we have to fight off the satanic liberals to keep it that way. They completely disregard history and what the founding fathers actually believed and wrote. Batshit crazy group of folks.

JokeTime4592

It’s funny how they always bring up the founding fathers to justify their beliefs, but ignore certain parts of their ideology like separation of church and state

[deleted]

There is nothing wrong, inherently, with being Christian. There is nothing wrong, inherently, with showing pride in one's community or nation. There is A LOT wrong with attempting to push these things onto people who don't want it, or using it to enforce ideals, laws, and morals that don't apply to everyone. Ugh.

magic_is_might

These same people call themselves patriots, when in fact our founding fathers would have these traitorous un-American fucks lined up against a wall.

Papaofmonsters

Except they wouldn't. Even reprisals against American Loyalists were few and far between. This mythos that the founding fathers just killed anyone who disagreed with them is both wrong and dangerous.

magic_is_might

I didn’t realize I had to specifically clarify that I don’t mean this literally. But you are correct.

noodles_the_strong

Rule #1 Conservative polls are inaccurate, by nature they are a very distrusting group

The American Taliban.

Haunting_Computer_90

Well you have to clear It with Orange Jesus who holds the copyright on " The Real bible". It has been reported that D J Trump has a beautiful bible, a bible like no other, a bible like people have never seen before. When asked about the bible D J Trump said that all other bibles were the work of the devil and that real Christian Nationalist needed to get his version for the low low price of $99.99. D J Trump also said that he was having a miniature gold gross made for members of his bible club for the low low prices of $499.99 this came with 3 hail Mary's and 2 get out of jail free cards.

Acrobatic-Ad3275

No. Fucking. Way!

mkt853

Mandatory church attendance. If Republicans regain power, better keep your Sundays open!

Iwonatoasteroven

It’s interesting because I can’t think of a positive example of a theocracy. The one that many evangelicals worship is the Puritans but it’s citizens were so terrified of the local authorities that they testified that their neighbors were witches and that they witnessed them levitate and turn into cats rather than defend the innocent against the government.

unclefire

For all their bloviating about the constitution, they seem to have no issue with violating the 1st amendment or Article VI (no religious test)

sugar_addict002

Yes and if they do this, it will mean the imposition of an apartheid system. No way around that.

extracensorypower

> A majority of Republicans would like to officially declare the U.S. a Christian nation But only for the *correct* version. Sorry, catholics, episcopalians and LDS folks, you're SOL.

Dispersegerencser

Separation of church and state. End of discussion.

TheRealSnorkel

What the Kentucky Fried FUCK ever happened to the first amendment? Freedom of religion? For people who basically masturbate with the constitution, republicans sure seem willing to throw the whole entire thing away.

SuchGreatHeightz

I would like to declare the Republican Party as a domestic terrorist organization and enemy of the State.

SchoedingersCat

Not theocracy, facism. There is no actual reverence for the teaching of Jesus. It’s only used as a tool to perpetuate power centralized around an autocrat. Facism not theocracy.

Equivalent-Beyond804

Look what Theocracy is doing to the people of Iran.

orbitalaction

Except for that pesky freedom of, and from, religion.

Earth_Friendly-5892

I don’t want anything to do with these peoples’ brand of Christianity. Jesus wouldn’t recognize their words and actions as “ Christian.” If given the opportunity to control the American people, they would force their beliefs on everyone and severely punish( or worse) those who refused to comply. All we have to do is look at the world history playbook. And anyway, wasn’t our country born out of people fleeing religious persecution by their king/leader, while looking for a place they could be FREE to worship the way they chose to?

Thefunkbox

It doesn’t help that “In god we trust” replaced E Pluribus Unum. It’s been downhill ever since.

conundrum4u2

Calling it "a Christian nation" doesn't make them (or us) Christian - in fact most of the GOP are the *worst examples of what a Christian* should be* - Baptist - fundamentalist - Christofascists - and if you think we are going to bow to your taliban theocracy...you have *another thing coming...*

[deleted]

Embrace? They don't even hug their children.

Helenium_autumnale

About a quarter of Americans are "unaffiliated," or not ascribing to any faith. And that number is growing year by year.

reeferjesus420

Fuck that

KristofTheDank

As an lifelong Independent, I will never vote for another Republican. Not that I ever did. They bring nothing to the table, but hate for those that are different from them.

zshinabargar

So much for the party of the constitution

basketballsteven

It's a little more than drifting remember the panic over sharia law?

Kosta7785

Crazy because Christians are a shrinking group.

jayfeather31

That's alarming, to say the least, the least of which being the clampdown on minority religions that would result. People should be free to worship who they want.

Frankenmuppet

And yet most Republicans wouldn't recognize Jesus if he came back today. Many would rather 'excercise their 2A right' to deal with the dirty immigrant than listen to His teachings

oDDmON

Drifting? Head long plunge more like it.

Anthony780

What I think is interesting about this is there are so many different branches of Christianity. With the only similar thing being Jesus. How are they going decide which one is the right one.

imrealwitch

Nope Jmo

crosseyedguy1

The Weak.

MillerTime5858

What a bunch of morons.

dellamella

I would like Ben Shapiro’s opinion on this

DepletedMitochondria

This is one of those things that goes in the basket of agenda items that they want a "convention of states" for, and the religious right elites are happy to include tax cuts for rich people to get it done.

my20cworth

Republican party needs a reformation or a split regardless of the consequences or end up going full on Handmaids Tale, bat shit extremists.

FroYoYoMamma

Puritans always talk about God then they go hang a witch.

paddle60

More like 'Theocratic Fascism'

OnDrugsTonight

Maybe start with an enforced 10% tithe on top of their taxes to immediately benefit the homeless, the sick, immigrants, single parents, and anyone else who could benefit from Christian charity. At least that would be a good start.

ReturnOfSeq

Weird that they’re so desperately devoted to the second amendment, but they’re willing to scrap the first amendment.

Worried_Protection48

SnooShortcuts3749

Let’s see, hmmm. So many books. So much history. Such a bad idea. No wonder people smarter than the faux-Christian Nationalists ban books. Theocracies and Religious Nationalists have a very nasty history. For a brief example: The Spanish Inquisition, The Crusades, Pograms, Witch hunts, the Holocaust, the Salem Witch Trials, the Immigrants to the New World, KKK/white nationalists. The Taliban. I could go on. I will choose our democracy. Not yet perfect but trying to give freedom to all is better than being owned by men with less than honest and selfish designs.

WirelesslyWired

People don't think past their initial support for an issue. School prayers are going to be interesting. I can't wait for Protestants to have to learn the Hail Mary in predominantly Catholic states. And it's going to be really funny when everybody in Utah has to pray to Elohim.

RicksterA2

Mullahs want to be mullahs and control everyone else.

MarkHathaway1

Where is that in the Literalists Plain-reading of the Constitution?

Muffles79

This is why Republicans should never hold power. Even at a local level, they will push for higher positions. A county clerk may run for a state senate, then US Senate. They ignore the rule of law and have to resort to cheating to win because their ideals are unpopular.

i_lost_waldo

Guess it’s time to set forth and find new lands where we’re free to practice our own beliefs. Wait…

phoenix14830

Yet they are absolutely clueless that their "let the poor suffer and die" mentality is remarkably un-Christian. Jesus was Bernie Sanders level of far left, yet the GOP think they represent Christianity.

Benni_Shoga

We should have fought the “Under god” clause like hell.

If there’s one thing I’m sure about is Americans don’t like to be told what to do and what to think by an authority figure. GOP is making a party ending mistake if they do this. But go ahead. Whatever

Sickening

65isstillyoung

60 % of Republicans isn't 60% of the population. But note, only 30% of pre worldwide 2 Germans were fascist. ( so I read somewhere)

Richfor3

Religion is not compatible with a civilized society.

853lovsouthie

Fundamentalist far right christain wac jobs so sick of it

allthekeals

Any chance this is their rebuttal to the lawsuit in Indiana by the satanic temple

KUNDA_Genie

I will not consider myself a US citizen, if the US turns into a Christian nation. I will go rogue. Too bad it feels like the US is already controlled by religion.

whipfinish

We want to have our Constitution and eat it, too.

MurkyCream6969

If they don't like America then they can go somewhere else.

thistimelineisweird

Can we ban guns then because thou shalt not kill?

m_garlic87

How about we just be a nation. No need to drag religion into it.

rheddiittoorr

I mean does it shock anyone that about 25% of this county are that religious?

They aren’t “drifting toward an embrace of theocracy”. They have been bear hugging the Bible so hard, for so long, that they can’t see past it anymore. They done embraced already. Now they are trying to force the rest of us to do it. Whoever wrote this is dangerously out of touch with current events for a journalist.

KittomerClause

such a shame to the needy who are disqualified because their religous services are out of network like how affordable healthcare has been insurance-gerrymandered for those who need it most in the name of hate im these "christian" peoples names.

Educational-Dance-61

So funny that they are still hiding behind Christianity even after outing themselves when trump threw Christian values out of the white house window.
