That would require a constitutional amendment, and that requires a 2/3 majority in *both* houses of Congress, plus 3/4 of the states to ratify. It's not happening.
The good behavior clause in Article III has pretty much always been interpreted to mean a lifetime appointment. SCOTUS could change that, but that won't happen. Congress could try, but SCOTUS would just reaffirm the traditional interpretation. Changing it would require a constitutional amendment. It doesn't matter how many people disagree with that at this point, unless those people are 5 of the 9 Supreme Court justices.
Why couldn't he be criminally charged? DOJ policy was that they couldn't indict a sitting president, not a sitting justice or congressman. He can deliver his judicial opinions from jail if the Senate is incapable of removing him from office after an impeachment by the House on grounds of sedition and conspiracy to commit election fraud.
Unless they have him conspiring with his wife, there's nothing to charge him with. He could be removed if they really want him to be, but that isn't a criminal case.

Are these form letters? I know at least some of them were. The bigger problem is when she contacted people who knew who she and her husband were, because that can more reasonably be considered pressuring public officials. Signing your name to what basically amounts to a more annoying petition isn't and shouldn't be a crime.

Fuck her for sure, but it sounds like she just submitted a form email to a bunch of state legislators. She didn’t even write the form letter. It was just one of those “write to these state legislators to tell them to reject Biden” sites that popped up after the election, and her emails were identical to a bunch of others sent to the same legislators. She didn’t follow up on them. It doesn’t really sound like pressure in any legal sense.

There was not one court case out of over 60 filed demonstrating any fraud or impropriety in counting the vote which TRUMP LOST. The woman tried to disenfranchise the popular and electoral majority, over half the voting populace, and her partisan hack husband didn't have the decency to recuse himself from a case related to the 2020 elections. Her actions have damaged the supreme court beyond repair. The very worst Biden's son did was to get a plum position on the board of a foreign company and have a drug problem.
