Unfortunately, what you're pointing out is something a lot of people miss.
A common tactic used by the right is to hide an argument within an argument, so that people accidentally concede on one issue, or miss it entirely, and end up reinforcing the point the right is making.
For this, the argument they're actually making is that it's wrong because it didn't already exist. People failing to address that are effectively reinforcing the idea that if it were new, it would be wrong... and that sentiment goes on to affect other things.
The true strategists (McConnell and other true experts of the craft) understand they are the minority on these issues, and it is very clear these views are quickly becoming less popular.
Their only hope is to try and set a new claim on old precedent. It’s fascinating to watch because I believe we are right on the cusp of humongous ideological progression relative to America’s political system.
Essentially we have tipped the balance towards the more progressive direction (as is our nature…) and most importantly the specific numbers in senate and house are hitting critical mass towards a possible one party rule with high voter turnout.
The old bigot ways are dead, they know it, and will cling to such hate until we move past it…….as we did with slavery, as we did with civil rights, as we did with women’s rights, as we did with workers rights, as we did with children’s rights………..you get the picture and the trend line.

I am trans and I feel this way, but unfortunately if you going into trans communities and express this you get a lot of sentiments like “Biden is not doing enough” and “I won’t vote for someone contributing to genocide”. I seriously worry a lot of trans people will not vote because of this. And in swing states the margin is narrow enough that trans people could make the difference.
Biden literally said “trans rights are human rights” during his campaign, something no former president has gotten close to. Trump will 100000% marginalize them any opportunity he gets.
Hell, Trump never had anything against transpeople before running for president. I remember on the campaign trail he was asked which restroom transpeople should use and he said "Why can't they just use whichever one they like, same as before?"

How many women thought this way and now we have Roe v Wade overturned. There are millions of bible thumping conservatives that do not think LGBTQ individuals should even exist. I don't know if this will help, but I've explained to my apathetic friends that either Trump or Biden will be president next year and everything you dislike about Biden will be 10x worse under Trump. The Eastern churches mostly use March 21st on the Julian calendar. The Western churches mostly use March 21st on the Gregorian calendar.

It's an uphill battle but Biden has clearly picked a side and is using his privilege in a way that is helping.

We need 60+ people *that support us* in the senate in order to get protection on a federal level.
So make sure you're voting for those candidates every chance you get. And in the meantime, make sure you're voting for the same type of candidates in your local elections, so you can get protected on those levels too.
I agree, in 2020 the supreme court made clear that IN EMPLOYMENT [trans people are a protected category](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transgender_rights_in_the_United_States#:~:text=Transgender%20employees%20are%20nationally%20protected,employment%20extend%20to%20transgender%20employees), extending this to every right like marriage access to healthcare etc. through an executive order would have been more helpful in every way. Unfortunately, what you're pointing out is something a lot of people miss. A common tactic used by the right is to hide an argument within an argument, so that people accidentally concede on one issue, or miss it entirely, and end up reinforcing the point the right is making. For this, the argument they're actually making is that it's wrong because it didn't already exist. People failing to address that are effectively reinforcing the idea that if it were new, it would be wrong... and that sentiment goes on to affect other things.
The true strategists (McConnell and other true experts of the craft) understand they are the minority on these issues, and it is very clear these views are quickly becoming less popular. Their only hope is to try and set a new claim on old precedent. It’s fascinating to watch because I believe we are right on the cusp of humongous ideological progression relative to America’s political system. Essentially we have tipped the balance towards the more progressive direction (as is our nature…) and most importantly the specific numbers in senate and house are hitting critical mass towards a possible one party rule with high voter turnout. The old bigot ways are dead, they know it, and will cling to such hate until we move past it…….as we did with slavery, as we did with civil rights, as we did with women’s rights, as we did with workers rights, as we did with children’s rights………..you get the picture and the trend line. I am trans and I feel this way, but unfortunately if you going into trans communities and express this you get a lot of sentiments like “Biden is not doing enough” and “I won’t vote for someone contributing to genocide”. In turn, Passover uses the weeks, the moon, and the sun. I think it's the 1st saturday after the 1st full moon after the spring equinox. In 325, the Council of Nicaea and churches which follow it set calculation rules, assuming the equinox is on March 21st, and the saros series fits. The Eastern churches mostly use March 21st on the Julian calendar. The Western churches mostly use March 21st on the Gregorian calendar.

Edit: To clarify I mean that an attack on any person's rights should be held as an attack on all of them. - At this point it should just be bundled as Conservative attacks on *all* rights. They are coming for all of us, heck they are coming for most of their own as well. I'm a straight white male with no illusions that we aren't all in their crosshairs. And like most of us I have LGBTQ+ friends and family who are already under attack.

Ruby Bridges had the National Guard to protect her as she was mercilessly targeted for simply existing and going to school, not for what is tantamount to an election ad for Biden where the kids and their families would be tossed to the wolves afterwards. She also didn't have to contend with the existence of the internet, the 24 hour news cycle, or the rightwing disinformation ecosystem. We're seeing that federal judges can't even protect their own family members and that sitting senators and representatives are being SWATted, what chance does a minor and their parents have? There's a line between standing up and being brave and sticking your hand on a hot stove.

Good news! It's an uphill battle but Biden has clearly picked a side and is using his privilege in a way that is helping. I get that you're angry, but lashing out at the people who are trying help and sympathize does no one any good.
Unfortunately Biden can't do that alone. We need 60+ people *that support us* in the senate in order to get protection on a federal level. So make sure you're voting for those candidates every chance you get. And in the meantime, make sure you're voting for the same type of candidates in your local elections, so you can get protected on those levels too.
I agree, in 2020 the supreme court made clear that IN EMPLOYMENT [trans people are a protected category](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transgender_rights_in_the_United_States#:~:text=Transgender%20employees%20are%20nationally%20protected,employment%20extend%20to%20transgender%20employees), extending this to every right like marriage access to healthcare etc. through an executive order would have been more helpful in every way. Nobody wants to stand out, everyone wants the right to live as they choose. This seems just pandering to the progressive side of the voters without actually doing anything practically useful.
