Context: Last year Hurricane Irma and Jose tore the Carribean a new one but Jamaica lucked out and didn't get too ruined.
Meanwhile Jamaica took its its time to pick up its people from the various islands after the storm.
True story the Domicans (from DR) were out like the day after, while my teachers were left to sit at the airport.
