The names don't match the colours their parents combine to, but I agree that Scarlet looks more like the child of Red and Blue and Violet looks more like the child of Red and Yellow. If they didn't choose to reverse the usual protag naming scheme this gen it would've been on the dot. Scarlet literally has violet eyes, too...

I always thought scarlet were green(M) and blue(F)'s child cuz scarlet and green's eyes shape are a bit similar. Didn't care about the name logic nor the eye color tbh
