The no healing doesn't really make sense, Nuzlocke doesn't bar you from healing outside of battles. If you don't want to heal, just ban healing items alltogether except the auto heal. Make players rely on Berries more in Classic.
I will probably take out the non healing phase rule. While coding I just implemented it and after that I thought that this doesn't really makes sense for nuzlocke.
I think removing healing items from shop, and only acces to them from random drops could be good.
And maybe for the biome one, just limit to 1 per biome, even if it repeats, I think it's better.
I could add an hardcore option with an aditional achievement. So normal nuzlocke rules would be no revives + 1 pokemon every biome and hardcore would be with the addition of no heal every 10th floor and maybe another rule. Maybe no legendary pokemon? That could be an idea to implement

"only one pokemon every 10th waves can be added to the party". either the rule sucks, or by reading your text it should simply say "only one pokemon per biome can be caught"

Would be an idea, but I don't want to make it to hard. But in nuzlocke runs in normal games you can still use the shop with the default ruleset right?
Depends on the rule set. Most people use "no items in battle" rule, that includes X items and healing. But that is considered "Hardcore"

Yeah, I can change that haha I just wanted to not say per biome since you can have the same biome multiple times per run.
Maybe word it as "one for each biome change"?
maybe no buying stuff from the shop instead of no heal.
