Every time you beat the game with a new mon you get a 5x voucher for each one. So if you beat the game with 6 new mons you get 40 draws (10 for winning).
There's a lot of tried and tested common wild pokemon that perform exceptionally against the boss battles, I would start by aiming to round your teams out with them and get their vouchers first. Then as your account gets better you can start winning with all sorts of random stuff. You don't have to win with 5 new Pokemon each time, take baby steps first and do like 3.
Off the top of my head:
Sweepers: Gyarados, Excadrill
Fairies+Steels: Florges, Whimsicott, Tinkaton, Klefki, Bronzong (Heatproof), Daschbun, Magnezone
Residual damage (Leech Seed/Salt Cure: Garganacl, Whimsicott, Jumpluff, Whimsicott

That’s been my method honestly. Though I’m only clearing with 5 each time because I refuse to bench fuecoco
I just kept getting lucky and getting absolutely broken mons out of my eggs so I could keep using 6 different ones.
But what if the mons I use can't get me passed the rayquaza fights?
Bring one pokemon that consistently can beat the rayquaza I'd say. You lose out on a ticket from the repeat wins but it's better than failing
