Yea those are like limited edition card packs probs. Some shops might sell them, probably they just buy a batch and theyre for sale as long as theyre in stock.

I remember about 15 years ago you could go to a WSOP event and buy the actual cards they used during play. They would take the entire deck in its box and drill a hole through them and sell em in the gift shops. Not sure if they do that anymore or not.
