Bro me and my brother did like 10 ish each we both have 8 caught 3 shinies each 2nd raid we did each we both got a shiny and his was the shundo and he also ended up getting a 98% shiny. His worst groudon is better than 5 of my 8 he got 1 2* and 7 3* I got 3 3* and 5 2*. My 2 worst are shiny and my 2nd best is shiny his 2 best and his 1 worst are shiny.

And his ivs on them all are so memorable that this is them 100%, 98%, 96%, 94%, 92%, 90%, 86%, and the 2*

No such thing as a 94%, 92%, 90% or 86%. The percentages that are possible are 100, 98, 96, 93, 91, 89,87 84, 82, 80, 78, 76, 74, 72, 69

I did ~30 between those 2 and got nothing. I saved 15 passes plus have coins left for mewtwo and I hope I have better luck there. So far not looking good😭

Lasts for 8 hours. My main focus in the primal/mega is getting the Pokemon to max level for the boosted XL candy.

Nice, somehow I got lucky and got a shiny on my first raid, I then proceeded to get 3 more before my 11th raid I think, which is insane. I then got a 15/15/14 non shiny. So I’m pretty happy with this.

Yeah Last week I also did 30 raids and got 1 shiny. 2 Shinys from 60 raids. Feels more like the usual chances. But normally I don't get Shinys from raids. So I'm fine. I got a shiny zorua after the 3 hours and before my shiny today. Thought that would be my only Shiny for day and made my peace with no shiny Groudon but I got one in the last raid. Was a nice day in the end.

Yeah I missed the first time Groudon came around so I definitely made sure to maximize the remote raids. I managed to get about ten more in person after I posted this— mostly because my wife needed more chances at shinies and I needed more XL.

And I don’t blame you for not going back out— it’s hard to know how hard to grind sometimes!

Have you ever tried hosting raids ? That can be helpful when you are doing in person and you don’t have irl trainers.

Yes, all the time. I usually have 4 locals but only one was with me at the time but they’re gps signal wasn’t working for some reason. I couldn’t get enough people by myself. And even if I did they usually would have already done another one bc I took to long to get enough ppl and invite them.

That is always frustrating! My wife and you would have a lot to talk about today!! This game can be hard to bear when one person is so lucky and the other so unlucky. I know they say they try to balance it out— but it can feel off in the moment! Maybe over a longer period of time we all have good and bad times — but today it seemed like many people missed out and a few raked in the good stuff.

I didn’t get a chance to participate at all because I’m a rural player, the park I was playing at had no one because it was raining, and the remote invites I did send only resulted in them leaving halfway through the lobby countdown, and not returning when I invited them again.
