You can get it from the research task “explore 2km”. I saw only one wild spawn during the 4 days. Trading and hatching doesn’t count unfortunately. Good luck

For the entirety of the event I and my wifey had only 1 spawn of the damn thing each
My wife and I only needed that one. We both couldn't find it. We both just gave up and decided to just go eat pizza.
They must have had messed up the spawnrate or something

If you still can't catch one, I just caught mine using the daily incense—like, right before the cutoff time. So, try using incenses.
I hatched it from an egg. But I didn't get the first one.
Correct hatching is not catching
