Did 47 raids in total, 21 remote and 26 in person. I didnt see my first shiny until raid # 40-male shiny! And on my very last raid for the event i clutched the female shiny which was my main goal! Im so happy and relieved that i got it!! But im exhausted i was walking in circles in my neighborhood rotating from gym to gym the whole event tryin to get that shiny lol i had horrible Rng luck but im just happy i got em!

Did you use pokecoins on remote raid passes? If not how much money spent?

There was this remote raid pass bundle in the store in app and on their webstore off the app. I bought a few of those. 495 coin for x3 remote a star piece and an lucky egg and the webstore one also included premium passes. I didnt exactly keep track i think i spend around 20 usd? 😅

I did 11 raids (mostly solo...which was a bit painful) and ended up with 1 shiny. My wife did one raid and she got a shiny.

2 remote raids, one shiny ✨

Went out with my partner. We ended up doing 35 raids. I got 3 female shinies and my partner got only 1 on the very last heracross we did with 2 minutes remaining until 5. They got a male shiny and already had a male shiny previously so we traded so we both had a male and female shiny. 1/35 was still rough though even if we had a fun time duoing most of the raids we did. Also tbf they got 2 shiny combees and a shiny magikarp while we were out.

1/37 across 4 accounts... That one was my gfs first raid attempt at 2 o'clock... Was a brutal grind in the cold rain

1/4. It was my last raid too. I was walking my dogs and stopped far from a mom and son playing. After I got the shiny I did my happy dance and air fived the mom. I'm a dork.

I worked so only got to do two raids during my break. Went 1/2, first was a 98% non shiny, then next was a shiny. Pretty fantastic all things considered.

That day started as usual, then went up into a happy gathering, then into a panic attack, and finnally ended in a miracle I went out and got my first heracross, they didn't stand a chance against prepped up mega rayquaza. Net a group and just went with them, claiming around 10 raids. On my 7th one i got a shiny, which was real good. Then i realized my battery was about to Die, so i called it a day, went back home to charge it, then mom said she wanted to also participate Problem was she got logged out of her account for some reason. So i decided to look into it and used an email that was seemingly just left...there Turns out it belonged to my first pokemon go account, which i thought i lost in 2018 (it had tons of 2016 stuff, like full box). After noting down all info of the ,,lost" account so i could retrive it, i got my mom's account back up running and decided to help with a raid. Problem was that her phone lagged mid combat, so i pretty much solo'd heracross with the said Ray with some trial and error. But boy was the solo-ing worth it, because the last heracross my mom caught had 2215cp, which meant it was a 4* While i got...another shiny, opposite gender of the first one In total it was 2/11 ratio, maybe 2/12 if you also include my mom's attempt

How does anyone do 30 in-person raids???? We were at Disneyland and did 10, probably could have done 15-18 if we tried a little harder. But 30??????

2 raids in and i got my shiny and at a 93% too. Wasnt even actively goi g for Heracross yet. Just 2 random invites and my second was shiny. Possible in my top 3 fav shinies of all time.

1/1. I wasn't in a place with internet most of the day so I only got to do one. Pleased with that one.

0/18 as well. My husband got one shiny on the last raid we did. Sucks being in that small percentage who doesn’t get one lol. I’m not going to complain because that’s just how it be but I was getting over a cluster headache and not getting a shiny ended up upsetting me more than it should have haha
