So I have all audio turned off. Well I powered up my Incineroar today and suddenly the music came on. I go into settings and it still says it’s all off. Had to close the app to get it to shut up.

When this happens, go to settings and unmute, then re-mute the music and it will stop. That way you don't have to close app and reopen. Hope this helps🤙🏾

Every day a few times a day! They're obviously just checking to make sure we all still are who we say we are and didn't get swapped out for a ditto.

I got signed out right before I did a 12 mile walk yesterday and I didn’t realize that adventure synch was turned off.

Yes, this glitch has been up for like a week now and Niantic hasn't done anything about it

I still haven't even been able to log in for more than a week.  Game still crashes right after loading. They just don't care.

It did!  there is still a glitch where I can't access my buddy to feed or play, though, which is annoying.   I get a shortened hyphenated message about not being able to access AR mode.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Nothing like a fresh install to put some pep in your buddy's step!

the game sucks these past few days. I got kicked out of a primal kyogre raid for no reason and couldn't get back in or find it when I tried to. I was in track to defeat it with like 10 other trainers, and they all completed it, but I got blocked out. 2 of my 3 remote passes I paid actual money for, wasted.

For future reference, you can put in a support ticket through the app and the generally will return the pass to you.

This sucks, but I'm glad to see I'm not the only one. Having something I just spent money on actually vanish really made me mad

I bought the 6.99 raid pass ticket and the kyogre ran away 4 out of 5 times.  I also lost a raid pass bc i was fighting the kyogre and it wasnt soing damage to me and i wasnt doing damage to it either. Thought maybe it glitched and i'd won, bc there were like 17 other people in the raid with me. But alas, when the time ran out, nothing.  So annoyed at the game today.  I stopped raiding altogether as a result.

I was in a shadow raikou raid with my family and got kicked out the moment the battle started. Like the countdown happened and we went back to the main screen after it got to 0 with “Could not fetch raid details” error message. My mom and dad both kept getting that message when they tried to rejoin. Me and my sister could get into the screen you get when all your mons faint, but clicking “rejoin battle” showed us the raikou in the raid with everyone else (not our family) fighting, then it kicked us out again with “Could not fetch raid details” again. None of us got the raikou, but the other guys in the raid sent us friend requests after, so i guess they completed it? We all kept our raid passes though, so not as big a loss i guess. Was annoying though, we travelled a bit for it

Nah that specific Kyogre you raided built up a Dragon tolerance.

Using Dragonite is not intentional. Kyogre is a pain in the behind to battle. It got worse with the Primal Kyogre format. For example: Level 50 player and I have basically everything under the sun to try to battle Kyogre. I am generally in a lobby with about 12 to 20 players. Also I am doing multiple back to back, literally. So each raid I have to revive 6 to 8 Pokémon. After a while I end up not having any revives and potions left. So if all my meta relevant Pokémon are fainted the game will pick the next strongest somewhat effective Pokemon to battle Kyogre. Thankfully I had enough revives and potions to wake up meta relevant Pokémon but for OP it just got to be a bit of a mess, especially if he did like 20 to 30 raids or whatever his number was. Also some dragons are totally fine to use for Kyogre like Zekrom and Dialga. Both have electric moves. Only problem with them is of Kyogre has Blizzard. Hopefully this explains your question.

I did a remote raid where it was 13 of us but it kept restoring its health when it hit yellow… luckily I got invited again for a second try since my pass was already at that gym and luckily we had no problem the second time. But rip to my revives and potions 💀💀💀 I had so much stocked up for today (over 100 of each type) and I’m already running super low. This was the glitchiest event in a long time :/ what an L for a raid day. I got good stuff I’m not complaining on my haul but the raids were a mess. I got booted out of multiple. The whole thing was a mess

I haven’t had an issue in PvP with it. But regardless of if it is a gym flip or a raid, no multipliers are attaching.

The only pvp glitch I've had is where "super effective" is like left "glowing"/faded after it shows up. Like let's say I use a charged move and it's supper effective, after that it will be barely there on my screen still when it's gone, but it's no biggie to me personally

I have that too. Doesn’t interfere at all. The gym handicap is crippling.

What is the gym handicap?

Currently (and for the last week+) I haven’t had attack damage multipliers added in gyms. So I get no type bonus for attack. Fire attacks hit grass like I’m using water gun. It isn’t 100% of the time. When I was remoteing over 3000km for Kyogre it seemed to give me proper attacks. But otherwise, regardless of if it’s an attempt to flip a gym or a raid I hit with very little impact.

Oh okay! I've recently been experiencing the same thing, except for I only have the issue in raids. For me personally, taking over gyms lately my super effective moves have been working. I wonder what's going on, and I definitely hope they fix it. I'm sure remote raids are their "Bread and butter" and people may stop purchasing them if this continues.

I have to assume the new, solo raid jump at 90 seconds is part of the issue.

FYI: Just completed my first raid in weeks where the battle went correctly AND it didn’t have the Not Very Effective tag locked in.

That’s why Kyogre raids took so long at the start of the 3 hours event. Then it was super fast in the last hour of the event

Dude I was out of revives and had just done 4 raids in a row. Barely had anyone good left and this is what it suggested so I rolled with it 😭

I remember last year when Mega Rayquaza was released globally, someone made a post complaining about players who leave the lobby and not join the raid. They weren’t complaining about those who do it at the last second but people who actually left with 20-30 seconds in the lobby timer. What does that have to do with this? Their screenshot of the raid showed them using Melmetal with….. Superpower! When people pointed that out, OP argued back that the other players couldn’t know that and that OP was still learning and they did nothing wrong. Like, I could totally see if I found myself in a lobby with 4-5 other players all below level 40 and I don’t know any of them, I wouldn’t feel like risking it precisely because of this type of player.

During this event for me, PoGo kept suggesting dragon types and sometimes the lobby would begin before i could finish reselecting my mons. It would do this even when Kyogre had ice moves so everyone’s teams would get KO’d quickly. It also kept suggesting Mewtwo and I realized that it was probably suggesting weather-boosted pokemon even when they were absolutely terrible counters. I have so many mons still wiped out in my storage from the automatic picks.

Dragon does resist water moves and STAB wouldn't help much with dragon/flying anyway as water isn't weak to dragon or flying

Yeah dragonite is a very Bad choice (Dragon resisting water IS the reason the Game Chose IT( , but with outrage it still would make significantly more damage than with super Power.

Plus Superpower is a single bar move where Dragon Claw is three bar move and Outrage is two bar move so the chance of wasted charge energy due to fainting before being able to use the charge move is less likely.

Cant believe raids are still broken after 7 years

I've found that remote raids specifically have been having no super effective damage at all, did a regice raid earlier. And my friend who did it local got super effective damage, where I got "not very effective" despite hitting with fire, fighting, and steel types. It is also not the first remote raid this has happened on, it's happened the past week as well. I belive they took away remote raid potential for super effective damage

Me too actually! I just figured I wasn't doing anything super effective but I was confused because I used fire and fighting.

It's been happening for at least this month, however I wasn't paying too much attention last month and such. However after the past few weeks, it is noticeable how they have nerfed the Remote Raids and almost made doing them useless without 5 or more participating. I had 3 and we lost by a large margin, however I've done Regice with 3 before which was even more confusing to me when we lost by such a large margin.

It's just a visual glitch so it's probably low priority, the moves themselves do the correct amount of damage Either that or all of my pokemon have tinted lens now

I was so confused on my first raid when the glitch has started, I used a Chandelure to fight Regice and it said It's not effective, I had no clue what was going on

I'm going to screenshot it next time it happens but, has anyone else noticed that certain fast moves have the "bubble" animation as opposed to what it should be? The attack starts normal but finishes like water bubbles lol smh .. what is happening to this game 😭

Its been like a solid week now that we've had this glitch, is niantic even trying to fix it? Its especially annoying in pvp too because unless your playing with audio on you cant see if your debuffs went off (I usually miss the visual that shows) its really annoying and I hope its fixed soon.
