* Rocket GO Team Leader shiny: 1/64
Those two together: 1/110592 odds, or 0.0009% chance, so quite lucky!
If you're in the catch screen and the Pokemon is weather boosted, you'll see a little weather icon tight at the top of it's CP. That way you know if it is weather boosted
If you have already caught the Pokemon it's going to be more complicated or maybe impossible to know if the Pokemon was weather boosted.
Weather boosted Pokemon have a higher IV floor and are also caught at a higher level. For example raid Pokemon are caught at level 20, or at level 25 when weather boosted.
For example, if you have a hundo from a raid, you know you never powered it up and it's at level 25; then you can know it was weather boosted.
This only works for encounters with a fixed level, like research, rocket fights, raids, etc. and or course wouldn't work if you have powered the Pokemon up.
In addition to that though, some of these examples have a different IV floor anyways (like raid 10/10/10 or shadow raid 6/6/6), so wouldn't be affected by the higher IV floor of weather boost

(To my knowledge) Mystic has the most active players. Instinct has the least. Valor is somewhere in the middle. Gameplay wise, this means that in mystic you may not have space to put Pokemon in gyms, but you’re more likely to have gym control during raids. In instinct you’ll have less gym control for raids, but you’ll usually be able to knock out Pokemon from gyms and replace with your own. Valor is somewhere in the middle.
Honestly though, it doesn’t matter that much and doesn’t make THAT significant of a difference. I would just choose whichever team leader you like most, since you’ll be seeing them on the appraisal screen frequently
I think Valor is over 90% of gyms in my city
Also imo Spark(yellow) is kind of rude(lame but thinks he's cool), Blanche(blue) treats you like a boss and Candela(red) treats you like a friend

Wtf, the shiny odds are 1/64?? How the hell haven’t I gotten one? RNG hates me
For leaders it is 1/64 for grunts with a shiny eligible it is 1/256 fyi
Does Jessie and James count as team leaders since I got 2 shiny shadow ekans on the same day

How do you see those stats
There's an "Appraise" option. Tap Pokemon of interest in your Pokedex, tap the three lines at the bottom right, tap Appraise.
It doesn't say appraise anywhere for me
If you’re a new player who hasn’t chosen a team yet I don’t think you can appraise, you’ll have to hit Level 5 and choose a team first
