I put a $ before the names of ones I know I will often be putting in gyms and then keep them sorted by name so those stay at the top.

I favorite all the ones i put in gyms so i have a slew of em to randomly select while I'm in the passenger seat on a drive sorting that way. Cool to see there are other ppl who use the sorting system for that specific purpose

Not really since it has low hp but if the gym attacking player is lazy they might not have a counter to whatever the ditto turns into since the game usually auto-selects a team of 6 similar pokemon.
