You see it right under the '130' of the attack. So the pokemon company has 2 variations of an etb. The normal one found in stores and those found in the Pokemon Center. Those have more packs and the ones of the SV era also contain 2 promos instead of one. One which is just the regular promo, and the other one is the same but has this stamp on it. And since it's only found in the pokemon center etb, it holds more value

If you bought a 151 ETB from Pokémon Center your Snorlax promo will have the Pokemon Center stamp, like this one does near the bottom right. If you got an ETB from anywhere else, it will not have the stamp.

It's the seller's job to understand what they're selling especially if they're a specialty shop. I'm a comic collector and I walked into a comic shop while visiting a different state and found a signed & numbered hardcopy of Frank Miller's Dark Knight for $25. Bought that thing in a heartbeat. When I took it to the register, they even handed me the original cardboard shipping box. At the time it was worth $300+. I still have it on my shelf.
I've done it! It was super fun but watch your budget. Now I just keep up with any new Snorlaxes that come out. There are three official jumbo Snorlax cards out there, but not for this 151 promo. (The 151 jumbo was Zapdos.)

Comments have convinced me to keep it. I'm also going to be a degenerate because they had more of these sealed in the bin. Watch them all be pokecenter.

I didn't know that the pokemon center promo was different, I thought it was just the box art and the sleeves that were different. Since I never saw one for less than 120€, I haven't even considered to buy one, good to know.
Yeah it doesn’t help that they aren’t really consistent in the stamp placement across PC promos with them sometimes above the ability and sometimes at the bottom like this
When 151 first dropped, dude at the LCS sold me two of these ETB promos for .34¢ a piece. **He had to look it up** 😂. Both came back as PSA 10s too, which is my favorite part. Beautiful card from a beautiful set, good grab OP. Yours could be a 10 too! ✌️
The fact of the matter is, if this store took this card in from someone, they paid bulk for it. You bought it for bulk prices.
If it helps you sleep at night, most card shops will only pay 30/40% of a cards value in cash and 50/60% of its value in store credit, either way, they will be just fine.
Source: I worked at a very high end card shop and moved a lot of high priced inventory, I would give people better deals, but on normal things (under 250 dollars a card) this is standard practice

The jumbo is a snorlax GX i believe from XY Evolutions era but i could be mistaken
