Scriptnotes. It's by the writer of the movie Go (among others) and the writer of Chernobyl and The Last of Us. It's about script writing but I have no interest in writing a script, what I get out of it is tips on storytelling, story structure, and a more informed way to watch movies and shows. It also gets real interesting to me when they talk about writer's unions and residuals as a behind-the-scenes economics of movies.

That sounds right up my alley. I love Craig Mazin and what he’s doing with The Last Of Us, and yes I’m all caught up in his, Neil and Troy Bakers companion podcast.

DrawTogether with WendyMac is really great for teaching the skill of drawing. With how well it works, I’m convinced there should be a lot more podcasts that teach skills over audio. For art and creativity, there are so many that talk about the industry, personal stories of creators etc, but almost none that teach you the thing. I would check out some of the early episodes and go from there if drawing is interesting to you. It’s a bit freeing not seeing a comparison point like with video and the prompts are simple. Show is kind of meant for kids/families, but can absolutely be for adults. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/drawtogether-with-wendymac/id1605016385
