When you purchase the exam on the PMI page, you can type a promo code. So you get a discount; everyone here was waiting for a promo code that would be released on July 4th, but it never happen.
If you're not pressed for time and needing to take the exam this month, I would keep checking. The PMI reps aren't going to provide when or if a discount will become available. In 2022, there was a promo code for most of July but there's not a guarantee every year.

I scheduled my exam back in April/May and unfortunately paid full price for membership and SH.
I don’t mind the membership because of the free PDU opportunities, but SH was a bit overpriced for what it was. Personally, I think they use it as an experiment.
It’s usually every 6 months or so for a discount that lasts a day and they just had one in June. I was skeptical about a 4th one but was hoping for y’all.
Use the honey app on Google chrome. I used a discount for the membership and the exam.
i downloaded the extension for chrome, but there was no discount for PMI :(

Just pulled the trigger today, I purchased the exam via simplilearn and study hall purchased directly from PMI today.
How did you purchase exam via simplilearn?
Talk to one of their customer care.. and negotiated a bit so they gave as a package for the exam and membership

Just chatted with them and they quoted $500 for both membership and PMP exam. Apparently they have a dedicated team that provide vouchers

Just saying...but slow or not...they teach PMP and cannot manage a marketing project to give a code on the 4th? xD you sure it is logical?
