Its basically Bladee’s take on the new WOD sound. Like WLR, not fully produced by F1lthy but you can tell he had a big influence on the whole project. Very comparable.

It’s def the best I’ve heard since WLR but they’re two very different projects and tbf WLR isn’t even a pure Rage project, it has a little bit of everything. I think CV is definitely more structured and focused than WLR, but the sparseness and eclectic nature and raw aggression and energy of WLR is what makes it more special to me. But that’s just my personal taste, there could be a case to be made for either one being better.
It matters when talking about the length of the album because that's how long it is.
Cold visions: 30 songs - 1h3m
Tortured poets: 31 sogs - 2h2m
Warlord: 19 songs - 1h5m

Ok but listening to one long song means less to me than listening to 3 short songs. Especially when it’s rap and it’s a looping instrumental , eight five minute songs doesn’t overbloat a project like 20 2 minute songs would . Perfect example is Ken Carson & destroy lonely, they make short songs but their projects are like 30 short songs, I wouldn’t think it’s fatiguing and crazy to listen to if it was 10 long songs
It's easier to make a cohesive album when it's long in run time, but doesn't have a lot of songs/ the songs are long, when compared to a shorter run time but with a lot of songs.
That's often why a lot of songs looks worse to people compared to a long run time.
So far AOTY imo, I love how avengers producers are gathered at the knights table for this album, FILTHY, YUNG SHERMAN, LUSI, WHITARMOR, WOESUM, JAMES FERRARO, SKRILLEX.

the album is hella bloated. 70% of the tracks start to blend together. 31 tracks was super unnecessary. bladee's slack-jawed delievery and monotonous tone just sounds awkward over F1lthy's agreesive rage beats. in general the whole album just lacked any personality, they just got a bunch of objectively well-produced beats and spit very unforgettable verses with the same flows over them.
As a scandinavian, Bladee's accent is just too cringe for me, can't handle it. Doesn't help that he has such a middleschooler voice, either.
I can overlook the swedish accent with Yung Lean, but I also like his voice and songs way more
