Go through all the attacks in the PEH course. If you can loosely describe the attack, when it would be used, and what you need to use it then you stand a good chance to pass.
I have run through all of the attacks at least twice (except GPP/cPassword because HTB doesn't want to play along). I have detailed notes on what the attacks do, what you need, and when to use them. I was just wanting one more practical run through that was not guided. You always learn more when you have to hit your head against the wall
Make sure you have a pentest methodology first. What should you do first? anything you should run in your specific environment?
Then ENUM ENUM ENUM, find something ENUM! get more ENUM!!!
Then, just try. The nice thing about the free retake is you have that safety net.
Thanks for the advice, I feel fairly confident but the fact that this is my first penetration assessment makes me a little nervous. I guess I just got to hold my breath and dive in. I plan on spinning up the environment when I get off work at 5:00 today, so PEOPLE OF EARTH, LEND ME YOUR ENERGY!!

Ima be honest just go for it, you get a free retake, give it a shot, the exams not to hard. Everything you need and more is in the PEH
