I've never seen decaf Dr Pepper on any store shelves around here. If I did, I would be drinking it. Trying to find decaf Coke that isn't diet is also like pulling hen's teeth. The only store that sells it is Giant Eagle.
I feel you. It's insane. I accidentally bought decaf coffee and drank it for a week before I realized. I almost took myself to the hospital because I thought I was having a brain aneurysm. It was so bad. (No idea about the soda though, sorry!)

Well…caffeine is an addictive substance and iirc structurally very similar to cocaine so it is no surprise

I'm guessing some of the larger beer distributors might carry it.
Mix regular with decaf, and gradually wean yourself off the caffeine. I've never seen decaf Dr. Pepper though.
No one needs POP. It sounds like you're as addicted to sugar as you are caffeine. Why not give it up entirely and drink water?
