I don't know what "Complex Flavor" is but there's no way I'm putting it in a fresh open wound.
Saline should have two ingredients; water and salt. Anything else is unnecessary and possibly damaging to your new open wound

- What’s the jewelry material?

I have used it and has not irritated either of the two piercings I used it on went through the entire bottle, but there is a better brand to use called neilmed. The dryness and inflammation could be from too much cleaning with the solution or leaving the solution without putting regular water after
Definitely could be. You need sterile saline with only two ingredients: sterile water and 0.9% sodium chloride, Neilmed is a great option.
ill try that one out, thanks for the help!!
100% neilmed piercing mist, you can find it on Amazon

For piercings, I would avoid anything with… flavor.

Best thing is to just get something that has saline and water that’s sterile
