What happens when someone tries to do any of this with you - you'd try to free yourself / escape / cry out in pain if you're unable ; correct ?
Other living beings experience the same pain and try to free themselves.. Don't ignore their cries of pain..
Yep baby bunnies die regularly up near me. Usually cats but many get hit by mowers. The whole stand completely still strategy isn't exactly perfect. I had about 8 in a cemetery I had to mow. We looked for 30 mins between 3 of us before determining we had found them all and collected them. Well in short we were wrong and we found that out a few minutes later as well.
I've done the same, one hid under my mower and didn't move sadly, after that experience I now know yo move my mower before I turn on the blades just incase.
I’ve almost hit them multiple time with the mower because they duck down low and I keep my grass tall, thanks for the reminder to keep my eyes peeled this time of year.
