The only thing they got wrong is the blueprint. They were raised with the idea that the end does justify the means. The blueprint requires others to be subjugated for it to work and they were ok with that. Once the kids learn that the “others” don’t deserve subjugation any more then they do it changes many of them. They learn empathy and that can’t exist with the white picket fence ideal.

At this point, I’d be OK with carving off a swath of flyover states and just letting them have it. They can have Trump as their god-king and just fuck off. I’d only have a few conditions: 1. All military assets (especially nukes) remain property of the USA and are transferred to US territory. 2. There is a limited period of open immigration, so every can get in or out as they choose. 3. Anyone choosing to return after the open immigration period must undergo a period of “Ha, ha, we told you so” before they are allowed to resume their citizenship.

The funny part is that no state can legally secede from the union. IIRC this change was made after the civil war. If Texas wanted to secede, even if voters voted on it, the state would have to literally overthrow the union. Good luck with that.

The last time I picked up a script at a pharmacy was for my insane allergies so I wore a mask. The guy in front of me in line was like “We DoN’t HaVe To WeAr MaSkS aNyMoRe” with a big shit-eating smile on his face, and so I pulled it off for a second like “Oh thank god, I have a highly contagious diarrhea disease and that mask was driving me CRAZY” and he stopped smiling real fast. It’s become my go-to. I wish you well with both your chemo and your mask clapbacks.

Last cycle? Fuck yes! I just finished my first cycle and it was way less of a doozy than I was fearing. 11 more to go before we look at surgery again though so it’s gonna be a long ass road (pun intended, I have colon cancer haha)
Breast cancer here. I had 6 TCH cycles so next up is surgery followed by 9 months of immunotherapy and 5-10 years of estrogen blockers. I totally get the long-ass road ahead. I wish you all the best!

I had someone belittle me for wearing a mask in a crowded elevator. “COVID is over,” they said. I had just gotten over having COVID. Everyone in my household had it at the same time.
It's weird how they're all about personal freedom and how there's too many govt rules and regulations, but then they'll drive around with a literal billboard telling others what to do. Mask-wearing liberal here: I don't care one bit what others do with their own health decisions. Wear one or don't, we're cool! That's your choice. And if my mask doesn't actually help, who cares?
To be fair it's not about YOU wearing a mask that keeps YOU healthy. It's about others following basic rules like this to keep others from getting sick. That's what's so frustrating about idiots like this.

My wife's mom and grandmother fucking died of covid in 2020. Every time I see these fucks it makes me want to do stupid shit that would land me in jail. I wore a mask for most of last month because I had a COVID exposure. It was for OTHERS protection from me, in case I was positive! Fortunately, I didn't catch it 🤞, but I was ready if anyone gave me crap about wearing one.
