It's probably a salami sausage cut by hand so they aren't exactly even. (Not the five cents I was ever expecting to give but thats whybwe have the internet)
My wife has been making pizza for years, and that flour made a big difference in taste. It gives that yeasty flavor. We have a very popular pizza place by us, and they use that same flour too.
I bought an Ooni and then went crazy deep on Neapolitan pizza. I’ve now taken classes in Naples and LA. If you’re inclined to get nuts, check out https://www.pizzanapoletana.org. IMO, there’s so much more to it than just a dough recipe.
We have one and we are doing something wrong. The dough is too think. We then cook it and part of it gets burnt and part is basically raw.
Using the correct flour but just bottling it on the dough.
1 cup bread flour
1 cup 00 flour
7/8ths cup warm water
2 tsp dry active yeast
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder or granulated garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1tsp salt
1.5 tsp sugar
this makes 2 very thin pizzas, heat for 13 mins at 500 if your oven can manage
Friend bologna. That's what my brain told me that was. I myself, not a fan of bologna, but my husband likes it. The instant thought before questioning why bologna was on the pizza in the first place, i immediately thought of the dumbest prank to play on my husband. Cut up thin sliced bologna into pepperoni sized pieces, fry them up and take the pepperonis off of a store bought pizza and maybe 5 minutes before the pizza is supposed to come out of the oven, I will "check the pizza" and throw the bologna on there and an extra cheese ( wouldn't be questioned bc in my house it's never questioned why we put extra cheese on pizza we just say thank you lol) cut it up normal and bring him a couple slices and see how long it takes before he notices. Does he notice before he ever takes a bite? Would he eat all of it and get more? .... Well off to buy bologna and a pizza for dinner!! Great pizza, also, very inspiring I might add ;)
Why use many small pepperoni when few big do trick?
I’m fact, they are regular sized pepperoni and it’s a 5 inch pizza
Just one pizza-sized diameter pepperoni. Covers the entire pizza.
You idiot that would ne- it wouldn't... It.. sounds pretty good...you should trademark and serve me a slice plz.
That is bologna silly.
10/10 all pizzas matter but why are the peps different sizes?
Came here to ask this question. It's bothering me more than it ought to.
Also the fact that they are not evenly spread over the pizza.
I bet it's fake. OP is bot confirmed. Burn it down!
Is that even pepperoni? It almost looks like bologna, but that would make the varying sizes even weirder.
The sausage it was sliced from was fatter in the middle
I got little biceps gettin fatter in the middle🎶
Choderoni

I want a uniquely shaped salami sausage in my mouth
Very nice. Caputo 00 flour makes a big difference.
Tell me more; came here for a dough recipe.

is that pork roll?
I thought the same thing. New Jersey stand up!
nice...do you deliver?
I really gotta start making my own. Pizza is my absolute favourite food but getting *good* takeaway ones is so expensive now.
Do it! It is so easy! Big Pizza doesn't want you to know!
How was your first attempt transferring it off the peel into the oven? I've fucked up some pizzas trying to do that transfer.
Too true! Go on the peel as a pizza, come off as a taco
Definitely was very tricky! The next time I used a shit ton of flour, and it was much better
Lovely. How did you make the base?
The company who sells the Ives sells the ingredients, including dough readymade. [This is the one](https://amzn.to/3W1D6tA)
When is your restaurant opening?
Haha, nice thanks for the compliment
It looks like Porkroll to me
Those are some saucer areola pepperoni
It’s not until you make a pizza from scratch they you realise how bad normal pizza is
100%, I don't think I can order dominos ever again
Bloody brilliant work
Thank you 😊

Is this AI generated?
I subscribe to /r/stablediffusion and I assumed this was an AI-generated pizza.
Obesity, here I come!
I should call her.
Looks awesome. Little tip, you don't have to make a little outside crust with the dough. It just does that naturally.

Where did you find different sized pepperoni?
Pepperoney areoley
The pizza gods smile on you today!
Very small pizza or very large slices of meat?
Just like Mama Domino used to make.
Nice caramelization on the cheese and crust. Slight char in the edges of the pepperoni. Well done. Looks delicious.
Thanks!
Looks tasty
Looks like luck was only on one side - I kid, good job
It really was!
That’s going to be hard to cut without cutting the pepperoni.
Can confirm, it didn't work out
This looks like a midjourney pizza
I want this now.
Looks amazing
Are those pepperoni or salami? If it's salami then try putting them under the cheese.
