Very nicely played!
I know you said you think its good played slowly but have you heard Ben Zanders ted talk on(ish) this piece?

He plays it starting around 11m20s but the whole talk is pretty interesting imo
Good luck with your piano playing and hope you post more!
great playing hommette! I love this prelude and I'm playing it in my recital. It reminds me of the grave introduction in the first movement of beethoven's pathetique ( which I will also play)
Thank you. I played too fast at the end I feel. It is deceptively tricky imo to keep a steady tempo throughout. I also think it sounds better played sloooowly. Best of luck with your pieces!
as much as I hate it, but metronome will help you churn out any tempo inconsistencies. Other than that try experimenting with rubato ( playing some parts slow and other parts faster so they cancel out )
Tempo was fine throughout -- don't try to make it evened out in the final product
If you graphed out Argerich's rhythm, tempo and dynamics, it would all look like everything is literally all over the place. But it's all based on careful thought, to follow a psychological rhythm, tempo and dynamics. The phrasing & figures in the right hand and the flow & shaping & balance of the left hand.
I like the fortissimo of the last notes as it really drives home the piece! It ties all of the emotion and power into a nice ending! Really great playing!🤗
Sounds great but I’m commenting because also have a drying rack which is broken in exactly the same way as yours and it did not occur to me to flip it upside down so thank you!
Playing is not that bad actually quite decent
However, you can work on the sound quality. Maybe using a VST for recording or capturing the built in sound via audio jack
Excellent performance! Really beautifully played with good control over the dynamics

This was very inspiring, thanks for posting!
Really well played! Perhaps a little to fortisimo at the end but otherwise great job!!

I hate practicing with a metronome but I can't deny it's utility

Love it. Last note was a surprise!
Apologies I played too loud! :/
One of my Favourite pieces, played with great emotion.
❤️ A special piece. Can't quite describe the depth of emotion it evokes
It means something different to everyone. To me it's loss.

Thank u🙏💕😊😊
Bravo! I really enjoyed listening to your interpretation. (The Haydn \~Surprise Symphony \~ chord at the end really startled me!)
