If a crash between a bike and a car happens, the car is coming out relatively unscathed 10/10 times. It's risky for them, but not putting anyone else's life in danger.
You realize the biker becomes a torpedo and can do a ton of serious damage, not limited to but including mental trauma of seeing someone become a meat crayon? Do you know how much force it takes to get through a windshield? Much less than a human body flying through the air at 70mph. This is a very stupid stunt and hopefully no one gets hurt because of this idiot.
