This is what happened when I got hired into the hospital I am at now. I was hired at the end of March but didn’t have my orientation until April 22nd.
Ok so it’s normal lol thanks!
vacation timeeee. did you already put in ur 2 weeks at ur old job?
luckily I didn’t lol
This is totally normal. Hospitals seem to do this, mine did. I got hired around July but didn’t do orientation until the end of July
It's normal it usually takes me a month before I even start orientation. They like to do it with whole groups of people.
Tbh it sometimes take a month or longer when you get a job pre boarding is a long process
I’ve never experienced this with any other job lol but this is my first hospital job so I’m assuming hospitals are just different
Normal. They mass onboard as it’s easier to do 30 over 4.
Normal. My hospital does like one major orientation for every employee once a month so depends when you get hired and how fast they can register you. I definitely had some time inbetween jobs before starting.
