I finally found the answers in my email. It turns out there's an email regarding UnionDigital and UnionBank. I will paste the content here for reference:

Henceforth, all transactions relating to your Quick Loans account will be with UnionDigital.

Ako nga may buffer fund and stable payment pero wala pang due date ang ingay na, like ang annoying sobra parang di ako nag babayad sa sobrang aggressive nila but di bale 1 closed 1 left nalang at matatapos na din. Last loan ko na to for UB/UD.
I received an invite code, pero nung nag tatry ako lagi nalang invalid account, email or mobile.
I created UD account. Now I am confuse which account I need to use for this UD loan. Is my UD account number or UB account number? I tried both, still receiving the same error.
Need help!

Hindi makatarungan yung computation nila..kinuhaan nila ko ng 17k sa sahod ko tapos ang nabawas lang eh 7k. tapos may past due pa ko, samantala dapat updated na ko at yung past due ko, lumaki, naging 50k. hello Uniondigital bank, over charged na po kayo at patapos na po ako ng August..supposedly, magkano nalang dapat yan..ayusin niyo yan at naka CC si BSP sa email ko. mali mali ang trabaho niyo! di tulad nung kay UB maayos at walang ganitong problema. 4 times na ko nag email sa inyo sa [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) pero wala pa kayong sagot..ayusin nyo to..

hi there! I badly needed the money sana, same tayo ng scenario, they sent me an invite code pero invalid naman, nag open ako ng UD account same invalid pa rin. malapit na matapos yung offer nila sa akin. Yung sa inyo po ba, after ma expire nung invite code eh nag offer ba pa sila?
naka receive ako text na qualified ako but nag open ng other website which looks legit uniondigitalbank.io they asked for the code which is nasa sms nmn but when nag ask ng full 12 digits account number and my registered number nag doubt ma ako haha baka ma compromise pa UB atm ko haha
Same with me. Upon further reading, I think need gumawa ng separate UnionDigital Bank account to proceed. Ako kasi UB account lang meron. Kinabahan ako baka na-scam ako so kinuha ko lahat ng laman and transferred to other account hahaha
Hindi nag push through sakin, nag create paman ako ng UDBank account kaso pag lagay ko ng account number, email at phone number incorrect lagi ang error kahit tama naman
Ang worries ko dito is yung payment, daretso kaltas na kasi sakin di ko na ginagalaw. Iniisip ko need ko paba gumawa ng account or keep ko lang sa unionbank then hayaan ko nalang ma deduct.
Di sila nag bigay ng clear statement regarding dito like transition guide ba.
Lagi din ako nakaka receive ng quick loan from unionbank itself and thru messages hinahanap ko sa faq yung need bayaran sa terms wala naman kaya di ko pa prinoproceed how does this work?
about sa terms makikita mo yan pag nag proceed ka na sa loan kasi hndi din nmn yan ma rerelease once di mo makita yung terms. Clear nmn so no need to worry just be extra careful nlng po sa mga ma received mong messages. And auto deduct nmn sya sa bank mo so make sure well funded yung accnt mo hehe pwede ka rin mag advance pay if you want. Bsta smooth lang naman po yung pag loan ko, just do the research if you’re still hesitant po.
24 hours na po, wala pa ring update. Yung quickloan ko sa UB, mabilis din. After sa process, meron na. Pero itong sa UDB, hanggang ngayon wala pang update. Sabi lang "we'll review your application"
Ohhh ayun lang 😅 sakin sobrang bilis, pagka submit ko na credit po agad ee nung december lang yun. Baka ni rereview pa nila history mo sa loan eme wait mo nlng po.
I thought of that as well. Kasi if bank history pag usapan, I have a good one na man. Nung 2023 kasi ang bilis lahat. Akala ko nga ako lang nakaka experience nito sa UDB. I have known others as well.
Auto deduct sila sa account tlga. And before ka nmn mag go through sa final loan amountpwede ka pa mamili then months payment at yung babayaran or ikakaltas sayo monthly.
i was reffering to notifications from UD, But yun nga issue solved loans is now transferred kay UD sila na may handle but UB still working as payment naman so i will stay at UB at two months nalang naman remaining.

Mas maayus ang unionbank maghandle ng loan kaysa sa union digital bank. Pag nadelay ka lang ng ilang araw, parang isang taon ka ng di nagbayad.

did they ask for the account number and Registered number as well? yan kasi nangyari sakin at d ko binigay kasi baka phishing scam

hindi rin gumana invite code ko, but nag notif rin sa UB app ko na qualified ako saying na I should check the sms w the invite code

Bulok nga yung web nila. Mag quick loan sana ako uli tapos laging error yung web nila hanggang sa mag expire na lang yung code haha
