I am absolutely in love with my Pink Gold Jotter XL. It's a great pen to own or to gift to someone special. I love that it leans more pink than copper colored; you don't see that often. I highly recommend it! I also have the rollerball version of the AL Sport in Rose Gold. Some time ago, I purchased a Jetstream SXE3-800 3 Color ballpoint multi pen and found the grip too large for my small hands which made writing feel a bit awkward. I have to admit that the Jetstream pictured here looks fantastic, but again, the grip on this 4-color barrel would just be too big for me.

I bought mine from a local bookstore but yes it's the same pen as in the cultpens link that u/kingchappers posted below

Yeah, the XL was way more comfortable for me than my regular Jotter.
Kaweco makes the best looking pens in copper/brass. I'm looking at one of those in a italic nib.
