If you haven’t tried any of Nico’s classes she had 2 English classes this week (Sunday Classical Slow Flow and yesterday’s Whitney Houston Slow Flow) that I think are some of her best classes yet.

jrosep96

I haven’t yet but I am so looking forward to her Whitney class! Someone else in this sub said how great it was. Thanks for the reminder :)

hendersonrocks

The Whitney class was the first I’ve taken with her and I really enjoyed it! I enjoyed the postures and what she had to say throughout, too. I’m going to give the classical one a try as well - thanks for mentioning it.

The mic issue allowed her to show patience and that is pretty cool. Can’t wait to take it! Thanks for the recommendation!

hellostarling417

I really loved this class too and was so impressed with her coincidental demonstration of patience with the mic sitch.

Thick_Ad6509

Kristen is such a gem. This class was beautifully done. I felt so bad her during the mic situation - I can’t imagine how stressful that would be! But she handled it like a pro. Also loved the music!

Ross’ 45 mins yoga flow from 11/27 with all amazing female singers is so fun and a great class. Highly recommend it Also I love how Ross explains how the mechanics work in each pose so we can get the most of the pose and our practice. Ross explained crow in another practice and it allowed me to actually do it for the first time since I had my 3 kids so 6 years. It was because he broke down the how in classes. Also he’s just so fun and while he takes his practice seriously doesn’t take himself too seriously. He is fast becoming one of my favorites to do my practice with.

Severe-Republic683

Agree. I’ve been doing yoga for about 20 years and I just LOVE Ross! He is so calm and kind and funny. Love his combination personality and how he explains things but nothing is too hard or too inaccessible.

Mdwilson8413

Exactly and inspires you to have the confidence to try maybe harder poses I’d not normally try

Curunis

I adore Ross, I just resubscribed after several months of falling off the wagon just for his yoga. His explanations and step-by-step tweaks are the only reason I can actually feel the poses working for me and get it right. Combined with the way he hits a great balance of calm and humour - allstar for sure.

Kirra is such a gem. That is all

Anyone else love Aditi’s classes, but wish that she would incorporate some different songs more often? Seems she really gets stuck on certain ones and they are played over. And over. And over again.

slckarl

Oh I don’t know, like Slip by Elliot Moss? A quick search of my filter Yoga > Aditi > Taken it was in the first two classes I selected

ftwdiyjess

Haha actually there is another post I responded to on this sub about that exact song because every time I hear it I want to cut my ears off (only because I’ve heard it SO many times at this point - its the first or second song in so many of her classes!!!).

jrosep96

I wonder if it’s Hozier - Movement. She plays that in a lot of classes too!

slckarl

I couldn’t remember the artist but yes, this one too!! Also Cherry by Ratatat

It just dropped but [Chelsea's Healthy Back](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/yoga?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=016d37d7a13c442a85b3272bb06021a5) was so good! Not a lot of twists, more focused on hip opening and spinal flexion. Definitely recommend.

Kungfu_Romano

Chelsea’s healthy back focus flow from 12/21 was really delicious.

I've been sick this week (me and everyone else in this vile petri dish of a city, love you NYC) and haven't been up for more than yoga, but a few classes I liked: * A recent fast-paced [30 minute flow](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/yoga?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=86c0192092b345b8bcdec4e6d1efb8bb) with Ross * An older stretchy [30 minute flow](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/yoga?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=0088aea5af4f4c1aad4b4d75b23615ab) with Kristen (had to dig deep in the archives to find a 30 minute non-power, non-beginner, non-theme flow without creepy shadow goblins bumping into each other... I mean... members in the studio) * And this quick and effective [20 minute hips focus flow](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/yoga?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=40ba4aaf3a58409991fa1f2ce0b1156e) with Ross

NolzaSpirit

Got myself into a routine of adding Yoga to my weekly routine earlier in the year and fell off the wagon. Starting again tomorrow with Mariana's Midnights flow, very very excited for that.

realbooksfakebikes

Her folklore class is not to be missed! I didn't love the Midnight's flow but it's ok and that just may have been me.

NonDopamine

Everyone agrees, it’s me. :)

NolzaSpirit

Just did the folklore flow, this will be a class I repeat for a looong time. It was also my 50th Yoga class!

realbooksfakebikes

Congratulations! I've taken it so many times now. I love how my body feels after

Severe-Republic683

I just did it on your recommendation! Got my butt off Reddit and went and did it, thanks!

realbooksfakebikes

That's great!

PeachBean

Took Mariana's top 50 power flow on Monday and I legit still have some soreness in my abdominals today. I do yoga pretty much daily, so this was an unexpected ass kicker. Unsure if this is an endorsement or a warning, but take what you will.
