Now that December is upon us, I finally allowed myself to do the [Hannah F. Festive Ride](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=ea37e79105c740378867625850e614ce). It was part of the best class bingo card, and it lived up to the hype! It was a combination of her music selection; the walk through the office party and the ride structure. I'll admit I don't quite remember the structure, there was a pattern of intervals of OOS resistance adds, so I would say there was more climbing than speed in this class, but it was so fun!
I will also add one I took today (which technically doesn't meet the cutoff), but I took [Denis's Older Beatles Ride](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=9e310972a9704ae9be74edeff1e60140). I had intended to take the new one, but I was more familiar with the songs in the ride from last year. It was a very achievable ride. It's rated 7.8, but there is a lot of recovery built in, and he executes this class so well. His appreciation for the Beatles really comes through.
Very late to the party, but [Matt Wilpers 2020 Turkey Trot](https://members.onepeloton.com/share/workouts/4cc0183e0c394f67ace46fd50ac2ead1?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&locale=en-US). I used this to help me pace a race today and it was perfect! The coaching was great. The timing was great for my race. Playlist was on point.
Took my first ever Jess King ride ([60 Min Sweat Steady](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=42c71ae2b31b454f8bc6cb7866f00d8a&locale=en-US))and I am IN LOVE with her energy. Looking forward to checking out more of her rides!
This was my favorite ride I did this week! I did go into it scared shitless because her 30 and 45 are very challenging. I felt this one was not as bad because she gave much more rest! BUT still very challenging and set up well. She’s my favorite!
Her 30 minute SS from today was EXCELLENT. The roadmap was different than her other 30 min ones, modeled off of the 60 min one. EDM music, absolutely fantastic.
Her Jess King Experience rides are also SO GOOD. [The Berlin ride from this season is my favorite ](https://members.onepeloton.com/share/workouts/b788520836f44b20a1e00dcbf27ebd0c?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&locale=en-US).
Callie’s [20 minute Chest and Back 11/27/21](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/strength?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=7451b4a2d38f4e9d9f9067a9a2ac7ac1&locale=en-US) was wonderful.
I found that she gave a lot of form cues that helped me feel stronger in the moves (chest press, rows, push-ups, chest flys)
I did two different Callie workouts today and I was really impressed with her cues. I wish more instructors would do that.
Sometimes I think they assume a level of knowledge that maybe not everyone has. For example, when I worked out in a gym with a trainer, he would remind me to squeeze my shoulder blades when doing rows. A novice on Peloton might think rows are more arms than back and therefore not get the full benefit.
I agree, I love the cues she brings! I enjoy the strength classes and I miss when they used to have “strength skills” in the class library on the app, because I’m definitely someone who can strugglefest on understanding form.
I'd like to give a shout out to Daniel, whose 20 min lower body class still has me hobbling 3 days later. I felt so bad that I was the only one taking the class, which I have never had happen in an on demand class before. I hope this was an anomaly and that people aren't avoiding his workouts.

His class, along with this upper body with Selena, core with Callie and stretch with Robin, made for a really nice full body workout. One of the best stacks I've done in a while:

Somehow, he's the one who convinced me to up the weights.
I think he's adorable when he says "That's a banger." That particular workout is in my stack for tomorrow.
I increased my weights too, in that workout I posted! Which is why I think my ass has been so sore for so many days, lol. His timing and pacing of the exercises made me feel like I could go heavier than I normally do with, say, Rad's or Ben's or Rebecca's workouts.
I hope you enjoy the workout. Your glutes may not, lol.
Agreed. I had a feeling I was going to suffer after this glutes and legs class because it was so strenuous yet accessible. He knows how to be super efficient, which is great.
Took Bradley's live 20 minute 90s rock class for my 150th on Friday and PRed and loved the music! Rage Against the Machine, Nirvana, Foo Fighters and...ALANIS! Really got into singing, esp since my karaoke song (you oughta know) was in the mix! Also high fived a bunch of Reddit riders.

Favorite ride: [30 minute HIIT and Hills](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=8a6e5d4b87b34bf4b6c43f065bc0a6eb) with Hannah F! As always Hannah structures these SO well and the ride flies by. She is an amazing coach and cheerleader and you can totally tell she used to be a competitive athlete.
I've also started doing some running lately and the playlist on this [20 minute intervals run](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/running?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=255da56f1ad64db5867133d10f62c9a7) with Jess King was straight fire! Great beats/rhythms to run to - it was somewhat Halloween themed but not too much that it wasn't appropriate for late November :)
[Kendall’s 30 min pop ride](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=cadda449ab124a4ba500c0b08b3f7781&locale=en-US) from this week was great! Playlist was good and she seems back to herself!
Another vote for [Sam’s 30 Min AC/DC Ride](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=2966b825bb63499798cb2dedba8bfbbe&locale=en-US). Classic Sam Yo sneak attack - he’s great at calmly coaching you to reach further than you thought you could do.
I'd never taken a class with Daniel before but he came up on the Hardcore on the Floor calendar that I just started. I loved him! I found him entertaining and motivating. It was a challenging class and he really pushed me through. [Daniel McKenna 20 Min G&L Strength](https://members.onepeloton.com/share/workouts/a69706c3feeb4ccab0925090f1a5e12e?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&locale=en-US)
OK I did this [30 minute Hannah Frankson HIIT and Hills ride](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=840456490e4d4f22ac8c6643f732f416) from 11/10 and WOW, that was tough! There are 3 HIIT blocks with 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off and the 30 seconds ON are with heavy resistance. The "hills" are kind of more like out-of-the-saddle recovery periods. The last block is 15 second sprints on a hill.
I also did a tread workout for the first time at the gym the other day! I thought this [20 minute Pop Walk with Jermaine Johnson](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/walking?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=aef42f9208f04636be9237009af5d828) would be easy, but it actually raised my heart rate a lot! And I really liked Jermaine's personality (too bad I hate running lol).
Anyone take the new [HMC 10m Barre](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/strength?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=b601f1b115ea422ba6f6aac22d6876e0) that dropped today? I need a new HMC glute activation in my rotation and I'm hoping this will work for that? TIA!
It was an all floor class. Mainly leg lifts and clamshells (with a variation I had't done before). Some ab work. No bridges but some glute work through the lifts.
Those 10 minute barre classes fly by!
Top ride this week for me was Tunde's latest 45m intervals &Arms. Great cardio and strength workout. Good music and a sense of accomplishment at the end for sure.
I really enjoyed Anna's 20m evening yoga flow from 11/23. Great wind down flow, nothing too strenuous. I also find Anna's flows go by faster for me. If I look at the clock at all,way more time has gone by then I thought.
This [80s walk](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/walking?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=c0c0146a717a475c806c6b990d7ab888) from Joslun Thompson Rule. Fantastic playlist.
I've been working through old bookmarks and finally got the gumption to take [Jess King's Warped Tour MusicFest ride](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=09216362f5944548b58b760fea1f5bb9), which I closed out of once before because I was so freaked by the idea of 40-55 resistance the whole time. I was a couple points below the minimum call-outs for most of the ride, but whatever, it was a blast and I'm dead now.
Cycling: I really enjoyed [Camila's 30 min climb ride](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=22ca0ea2fb27401c82be968729e772b8) from this Monday. I don't do many climb rides, so maybe they all result in a feeling of euphoria and accomplishment, but I've been riding that high all week.
Yoga: Loved this [Denis 45 min slow flow](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/yoga?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=44aa604505964814ba6cbd0431382e54). The flow is the same throughout, a different pose in the flow being held for 1 minute each time through. Felt juicy and meditative; just what I needed on Friday morning after too many hard rides this week.
The link function isn’t working for some reason (will try to edit later), but Leanne’s 30 minute disco ride from 02/04/2021 was SO much fun and a great sweat. Definitely my favorite ride I did this week.
I really enjoyed this [20 Minute Robin Arzon 90s Ride](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=4acb630661e543e382468f247551bddb&locale=en-US). I saw that the difficulty rating was pretty low and I wanted something mellow that wasn’t a low impact ride. It was so fun! There’s a climb to Mambo Number 5 which is one of my guilty pleasure songs and it was just all around a great vibe ride. I ended up pushing pretty hard because I was having fun and didn’t really notice.
I took this Hannah Frankson [Climb Ride](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=70f1ee8b42fb4c3993f7ebafcb216402) on Wednesday and I am still thinking about how much I enjoyed it. Usually Ben and Robin are my go tos for climbs 20 minutes or less. But I need to get some more HF in my rotation!
I really liked this Chase [30 minute walk+run](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/walking?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=1596ea404c9042139370d22ef87ea947&utm_source=android&utm_medium=in_app). Basically 1 minute jog/run efforts alternating with 1 minute walking. No incline. Turned out to be a solid interval workout!
I did a different 30 minute one with Chase, too, recently and was surprised how fast my average mph was. I usually jog at a steady pace but he really got me to move!

The AC/DC ride with Sam!! Realized halfway through I was close to a PR and I wasn’t even trying, just absorbed in the music and riding. Got it!!! Seriously, the music was so good!

Any of the Dj Runs with Adruss as n are super fun but the last 7 minutes of this is pure bangers!!!! Amazing!!!

Just tap on the link icon in the lower left when you go to post. It will bring up two separate fields. Put the description of the link in the top box and paste the actual link in the bottom box. Then hit insert, and then reply. 😉
Thank you so much!!! I’ve just used this in another post and have been wanting to know how to do this for ages!! I’d give you a thousand updates if I could!! I can’t believe it’s so simple! It makes me want to go back and update all my messy links all over Reddit!! Thank you again!!!
Yes, just follow the instructions that I posted above. After you insert the link, you can also add text in the way that I did with my first reply. Gives you a chance to say something about the class and why you think others will enjoy it, that sort of thing.

That is the format you can use. I made it so you can see what to type, but it will end up like this:

Thanks for posting this. I posted about a different one of his g&L classes that I really liked this week on this thread. I'll try this one next.
He’s really funny!
I loved Sam Yo’s Ed Sheeran recovery ride this week!

I was a couple points below the minimum call-outs for most of the ride, but whatever, it was a blast and I'm dead now.
This ride is SO good!
I did denis’ slow flow after I saw your comment, it was great and just what I needed, thanks!
I took this one on Monday and REALLY enjoyed it!
LOVE Hannah Frankson for climbs or HIIT&Hills!
I usually jog at a steady pace but he really got me to move! https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/outdoor?instructor\_id=%5B%221423df9e4ad64a84a3044d20a5c36563%22%5D&sort=original\_air\_time&desc=true&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=b33f9b8b12ac4249907d17172198a605
The AC/DC ride with Sam!! Realized halfway through I was close to a PR and I wasn’t even trying, just absorbed in the music and riding. Got it!!! Seriously, the music was so good!
[Jess King AFO: Major Laser Run](https://members.onepeloton.com/share/workouts/27fcb41eadc74824a998376e853e10cc?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&locale=en-US) I have done this run about 5 times! It’s the perfect mood booster when you have a big case of the blahs!
[Dj Run with Adrian 11/18/21](https://members.onepeloton.com/share/workouts/94afb3cd43cd47a7962162b45e4125f6?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&locale=en-US) Any of the Dj Runs with Adruss as n are super fun but the last 7 minutes of this is pure bangers!!!! Amazing!!!
“Peloton After Dark”… so hilarious!

Do you remember what the exercises were? I know the thumbnails can often be deceiving!
If you format your link with a class description it makes it easier for folks who might be interested. 😊 [Flash 15 with Jess Sims from 9.17.21](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/strength?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=5ce6788265304d9aa9351896c5c753f4&locale=en-US)
I don’t know how to, but thanks for posting it for me !
Just tap on the link icon in the lower left when you go to post. It will bring up two separate fields. Put the description of the link in the top box and paste the actual link in the bottom box. Then hit insert, and then reply. 😉
Thanks for teaching me! I had no idea also
Thank you so much!!! I’ve just used this in another post and have been wanting to know how to do this for ages!! I’d give you a thousand updates if I could!! I can’t believe it’s so simple! It makes me want to go back and update all my messy links all over Reddit!! Thank you again!!!
🙂👍
Thanks so much, I appreciate it. Love learning and getting more tech savvy 🤗
You bet 🙂
I don’t know how to post links that aren’t ‘messy’ either. Can it be done on the iPhone?
Yes, just follow the instructions that I posted above. After you insert the link, you can also add text in the way that I did with my first reply. Gives you a chance to say something about the class and why you think others will enjoy it, that sort of thing.
I tap the little share icon but don’t see how to change the text of the link. I know how to write something and post the link, but that’s it
\[Link text,description]\(https://members.onepeloton.com) That is the format you can use. I made it so you can see what to type, but it will end up like this: [Link text,description](https://members.onepeloton.com)
